Cant say anything about their service or sales personnel. I was there this morning with my wife, looked at the Kia Sorento which I was keen on, opened all the doors, opened the boot, sat in the car, looked in all the doors again, checked the folded down seats at the rear of the car. I then went and looked at the Kia Sportge, opened all the doors to look at the car, admired the car with a bow on it, obviously a surprise for someone...decided Kia East Rand is on par with the rest of the country as far as service goes...moved on...

Arranging a service for your vehicle is very easy. They keep a record of your history with them, which smooths the whole process. I experienced some minor issues where they didnt tighten the oil sump as well as not checking that all the lights were working before collection. Otherwise good service

I would just like to take a moment to thank Magda from Kia Motors Boksburg for her amazing and outstanding service. I purchased a vehicle from Kia Boksburg in January, a Susuki swift for my sons birthday, the service received was fantastic, I bought a extended warranty plan as well as a service and maintenance plan. This morning my son had to take his car for a service to Susuki who could not assist with the service plan and made it clear that without the documents he would have to pay as they never loaded it on the system. I called Kia Boksburg and asked for Magda who took my call before business hours, she immediately forwarded me the documentation, Magda is definitely Customer service orientated and definitely exceeds her customers expectations. Kia Boksburg you are very fortunate to have such a friendly, helpful and dedicated employee in your midst. Thank you Magda, you are a SUPERSTAR and much appreciated.

Despite regular assurances, after 2 months since taking delivery of my FORD Ranger 2.2TDCi XLS 4X4 A/T P/U D/C Registration number JP 90 VY GP, I am still not in possession of any Service / Owner’s manual / books?My mood is exacerbated by the fact that vehicle had a slow puncture, which has now been identified in the sidewall and tyre needs to be replaced at a cost of 2.5kThis situation is really unacceptable in terms of obvious disadvantage KIA Boksburg has placed me in and must insist issue is resolved immediately. I am disappointed by response and seemingly unconcerned KIA Boksburg Sales Office in solving problem and immediately delivering required vehicle books?

Bought my car here. Took her for her first service and service was excellent ! Got a phone call to tell me I had a chip in the windscreen and suggested to have it seen to . I had also asked them to do the wheel alignment. Got a second call to inform me that my car was ready for collection. Got my car back spotless. Thank you Kia Easy Rand. The utter lack of service from this dealer is pitiful... I bought a used Opel Adam from them with an agreement that they would rectify small paint defects we noticed aswell as the side sills which werent correctly fitted. They made arrangements to get it all sorted from their approved panel beater, at no point did I get any feedback from them while my car was with them and when I collected my car a week later they praised the workmanship... I now have screws thru my side sills and the paint on my car has now cracked where they had fixed the paint defects. Im so upset with their lack of professionalism, service, quality of their so called approved panelbeaters and all round lack of interest in upholding the brand name. I will be taking this further...

Bought my first new vehicle from Joey and was not too happy with their sales service, however I had my 15 000km service done with Llewellyn yesterday and could not have been serviced better. He arranged transport to drop me off at work, kept me in the loop during the day, helped me out when I was unable to fetch my vehicle before 5 and contacted me this morning to follow up. Further I was very impressed with PG glass doing a free inspection during the service to repair windscreen chips. Keep up the good work!

It was my first time using them for my vehicle, but the treatment in the morning was good. We were offered coffee, even with a coffee facility being available for self service. The last star is reserved for them dropping you off, but not able to pick up for vehicle collection

A multi-franchise always has issues. Parking is the first problem at this business. Then comes availability of parts. Be ready to order today and then collect tomorrow. That is if the printers are working. Though the staff try to assist many parts can not be ordered for cars such as FAW. They still have a long way to go to ensure happy customers.

I had booked my car in for its annual service. IT was a few days before the 16 Dec , the start of the holidays, and the service centre was humming busy.I dropped my car off and got a courtesy drop off to take me home.About 3 hours later got a call from KIA service centre letting me know what they will be doing to the car , standard replacement of wearables , and a couple of other things which arent covered by the service plan. Told me a time when the car will be ready to collect. Went back at the given time , the place was busier , folks having a last minute service before driving away on their holidays. I waited about 20min tmy car was brought out from the service depot and parked , a guy from KIA and myself checked the car , The empty boxes of the parts which had been replaced where in a plastic bag so you can see that new parts for used.That was it . It was hassel free , no issues , got informed what was to be done on the car, told what time it will be completed and ready to collect. Which it was,, didnt have to wait unnecessarily, checked the car , paid and was on my way.

Recently bought a secondhand Kia from another dealer. Had to take my car for a service and this was the closest. Was a bit two minded when I read some of these reviews and almost started to regret my decision to get a Kia, however I dealt with Tanya, who was wonderful, she has gone the extra mile and even helped sorted out some issues that was not related to her/them at all. We got amazing service from Ronald! He found and sold us an incredible car, that we are incredibly happy with. If I could rate Ronald alone, he would get 100 stars! Unfortunately Kia Eastrand finance had a mishap with our payment and just over R5000 was taken from our account incorrectly. Its nearly a month later and after endless phone calls, following up and them consistently promising the money would be in our account. Every time we call they say, the payment was made and should reflect within two business days. Its 18 business days later and they still have not refunded our money. Im very disappointed in the service from Kia Eastrand finance dept. They have been very nonchalant in fixing their mistake and getting our money back to us.

I booked my car in for a service at Kia East Rand, I was advised that I will be collected as soon as my vehicle is ready for collection. I was dropped off at Thembisa. Later in the afternoon I received a call from them advising me that my vehicle is ready for collection I can come and collect it, I then asked for their driver to pick me up then I was told that they dont do pick ups. I am sure if I was told that before I would have booked my vehicle closer to my residential address.
