The store has some lovely pieces...the quality on some items is questionable especially if you assemble it wrong. Getting spares for the item might be very challenging which doesnt make sense for items that you assemble yourself.

First time going to decofurn..I must say I was impressed. Not a lot of variety as compared to big names in furniture. Very affordable pieces of furniture and decor pieces. Managed to get my perfect piece. By the way very well informed staff and very friendly. A must visit...

The shop is big and floor offering is impressive all types of furniture at reasonable prices. Their customer service agent are professional, friendly and knowledgeable on their products. Also their online service is user friendly and their turn around time not bad.

I liked it. But we had to look for a person to assist us so that was a bit of an inconvenience. Otherwise they have a variety of furniture. The pricing is not cheap nor expensive. I find them reasonably for their good looks and quality.

Easy to find with GPS.Staff are helpful and mostly friendly.Pick up is convenient and efficient.Staff are excellent at pick up point.Product that was bought was a TV unit.Very happy with it once assembled but disappointed that instructions for assembly is poor compare to other brands and holes in the unit were missing which meant we had to make our own holds for certain screws etc.

So this was a major let down. We had planned to purchase a large number of items from this particular branch on one day. Unfortunately almost each item we selected was not in stock but still appeared on the floor. 2 dining room chairs in particular became a real bone of contention as both chairs were on the floor but apparently the one had been sold. The manager of the store was not really concerned about losing a sale as a result of a single dining chair and as a result I cancelled half of my order with this branch. The items that we did order however were delivered as arranged, and the setup was smooth and done by 2 very friendly gentleman, which is why they get 2 stars. Otherwise it would be 1 star.

Happy with the Service the guy who checks stock gave us. The do proper inspection before the product leaves the warehouse, we have our own van so we had to go fetch it. We payed the day before and came the next day for pick up. There is a large show room to check every single product if you arent good with measurements online. Priced well.

This was my first time being at a Decofurn after a friend from work recommended it. I went last week to buy additional book shelves for my house. The prices are very unbeatable for good quality. I am impressed.I bought two and I also looked around for other things for the house. The staff is so friendly. From the ones assisting you in the shop, to the collection point. I must also applaud their Covid-19 precautions! From social distancing to sanitizing.I will be visiting again soon.

Their way of selling is really not good. You pay, go around the store to the back, stand in a long queue and wait to get what you have bought. Then sign and give them your id before you can take what ever you bought. Nah... never again.

Very disappointed as I ordered couches that arrived on Monday and was told on Tuesday that it will be delivered on Wednesday, called on Wednesday said it will be delivered on Thursday, today THURSDAY called numerous times and confirmed that they will deliver today,however 3 pm came no couches and then when i phoned they said that they will only be delivering tomorrow! I was told that they have only 1 delivery vechile! How is this possible??? No care for service delivery whatsoever!

Got the item we wanted. Quick and friendly service. Ample parking. Value for money. The store / showroom is lage and uncluttered. Staff can check the stock on the floor and confirm if they have an item in stock or not. Items not in stock is also clearly labeled. The collections area is well organised and efficient.

Bought stuff on the 18th of April 2021. Asked for it to be delivered. Called on Monday to hear if they got the stock in. The answer was yes. Furniture would be delivered on Wednesday. Call on Wednesday and said the driver would call. Then at around 12 called again and are told anytime for the next day. They just dont care about service...

Prices are cheap for a reason. Their solid wood tables look nothing like the quality youll find at more mainstream furniture stores. Was not impressed. Definitely glad I went in store to view as I would have made a definite mistake.

Terrible service, hostile staff, long queues that did not move. We eventually left everything and walked out and spent double the price, but got service with a smile. Simply unacceptable!

Terrible service, cheap imported goods and no sense of customer service.Bed made with inferior steel which buckles and legs bend. Warehouse manager Shain had a couldnt care less attitude. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.Had to buy a new bed as they were unable to assist.

Went back 3 separate times to collect...just to hear oh sorry it’s not here.Returned for the 4th time to collect, accidentally left my collection paper at home....wouldn’t reprint my form or even bother to look me up on the system.Have to drive all the way home and all the way back to collect a chair that was not given to me 3 MONTHS AGO!Will NOT be returning. EVER.

Prices and quality of furniture is really reasonable. I would definitely recommend BUT, I ordered from the online store. I Eventually got my furniture after waiting a little more than a full month. When they delivered and assembled, they realised that one part was missing. They then took a further 2 weeks to deliver the missing piece and I had to assemble it though I paid for assembly.

You will not wait less than 20min to pay for a transaction. Transactions takes extremely long. Staff unhelpful (if you find one). One cashier always on tea or lunch or chatting to ... other one slower than a garden snake. Customer service none existing. On collection of goods you may have original invoice and proof of payment but you have to show your ID. If your id surname differ from payer you cant collect. Thus, dont send driver or hubby. They wont release goods.Worst here is the extreme slow 🐌 till point. Dont go. Currentee you will loose your sence of homour. Incompetent cashiers adds 20 to 25min to already bad experience.

The nicer one out of the East Rand based stores. Friendly staff.The nice thing about the Boksburg Store is that they have a Damaged goods section if your willing to do some fixing here and there is worth the while. I go bedside tables marked down by almost 75% due to a small scratch on the bottom backside.

I had a terrible experience, their sales assistant team was very rude. I bought a bed in December (cash) and wow theres nothing left of it. I regret ever going there.

Despatch of goods is very slow .

We found the perfect recliner at a branch in Pta for my dad who is very ill and struggling to breathe, but they said Boksburg was the only branch that had stock. We rushed through and got there just before the store closed. Thank you to the manager (I presume) for your kindness, understanding and allowing us in. It meant the world to me and even more so, my dad who, for the first time in months, could sleep through the night. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Xx

They have beautiful stuff. Just dont understand how they can have price increases on some of their stuff every 2 months. End June 2020 one of their side tables where R699. By end August 2020 it went up to R799. End November 2020 it has gone up to R999?! That is a 43% price increase since June!!! I just dont know how they justify a 43% price increase! I wont support business like that!
