Yesterday I was shopping for a sleeper couch and a sales person gave me an uninterested response to my questions. I thought that he can stick his sleeper where the sun don’t shine. Today I contacted George from Bed King Boksburg, and what a difference. George was like how can I go out of my way for you? And I got a better sleeper anyway.

Boksburg Bedking owner manager &staff helpful, but the back-up service from ComfortSolution company is terrible.Been waiting 2 weeks for somebody to come assess my faulty mattress, as its has a 10 year warranty .... even sent an email to the CEO, yet to receive a reply on my compliantWont hold my breath if they even bother to warranty their own product ?One tries to support a local brand and this is the service one receives....

Service was good and could have be better had it not been for the manufacture playing for time. The bed defaulted within 18 months of the 24 month guarantee. Eventually it was replaced with an upgrade and a new guarantee.Dankie George.
