Worst shopping experience in a while. Orderd and payed for a bed online. While we recieved the order number and the invoice almost immediatly, thats the last we heard of the Bedman. A few days past and still no word. Called them to enquire what where my stuff was. The answer I recieved was the bed is out of stock and still under construction. But the website did not metion that its out of stock. Just a simple courtesy call would have been nice to let the client know.. After a week I had to contact them AGAIN to find out whats going on with my allready payed for stuff. Just the worst experience ever !!! There is a lot of other options and bed stores available. DO NOT USE THIS ONE !!!!

One of the friendliest teams around. Purchased a bed on special online, had it delivered free of charge the following day with a smile. I couldnt be happier and my spine is thanking me for it. Seriously if you are in need of a new bed, they come highly recommended. Ask for Clinton, he is very friendly and professional, answering all of my questions and making sure I was happy with my purchase, which I really was.

Very disappointed. Google mentioned they close at 15:00 on the Saturday. I drove all the way from Randburg to get there and they are closed.
