I would like to give credit where it is due; on Sunday, I discovered The Mattress Warehouse website. Immediately impressed by how informative it was on how to choose the right bed, i decided to pop in on Monday. Tyler was at my aid immediately. Long story short and after payment reflection, I received our new bed on Tuesday. What great turnaround time and service; Thank you ‘The Mattress Warehouse’ and Tyler for your great service.

Excellent service from the Boksburg group particularly Jackie Manamela. She was friendly and professional and went to great lengths to make sure I remained within budget. Theres also free hassle free delivery within certain km. Try them; itll be worth the time, effort and drive.

Nadine, Tyler, Marius and team assisted me to rectify my online mattress purchase, which turned out to be the wrong choice. They immediately assisted to rectify and ease my situation. They are accommodating, prompt and i was updated continuously. Thanks to all!

The 1 star is just for the great service from Jackie Manamela but thats about it for this company the beds are of poor quality a brand new sealy bad after a mere week was making noises and raised it an exchange was arranged and the one am given was worse than the first one it is obviously a user matress and its shocking this is how this company does business if i could get a refund would take it and run but was told they would exchange again and obviously another used up mattress shocking really

Ordered my bed online and chose them as they had the best prices. They could have worked on their communication as I always needed to phone them, but I received my bed today and I LOVE it!! I The delivery guys were friendly and professional. Will definitely use them again. It was worth all the calls. :-)

Have ordered a bed online for delivery from them. Received a phone call today that they didnt have a double bed in stock as I ordered and didnt want me to wait a long period before they get our size in. They upgraded us from a double to a queen size bed at no extra cost to us.Now thats what you call customer service!Well done.RegardsEileen

Went through to test out a couple of beds. Found one that suited me. When I spoke to Sonto, she told me that the base was out of stock. However she managed to find a base from another branch. Placed my order and paid. Delivery was a bit of hit and miss. They couldnt give me a time when they were going to deliver. However I didnt long. Got my bed 2 days after making payment.

Am a first timer buyer with them and am not happy with their service,lack of communication and empty promises. I paid for my order and sent POP to Matlatsi whom i had to call and ask if she received my POP ,even informed her about my query that my account still shows my order as not paid which she said it wil be updated and will be getting a call from the sales people to tell me of when i will be getting my bed ,but am the one calling them trying to findout whats going on and being sent from pillar to post. First time i order online and am disappointed. Terrible service.

Unless you are desperate. Dont waste your time. There are much better places to buy beds.

Sales person does not believe in HONESTY IS POLICY, no after sales service, once you have paid thats it. Kept getting told stories but no action or feedback. DONT GET TAKEN FOR A FOOL LIKE I DID. NEVER AGAIN

They had only 1 bed in stock. Asking about the others they had online, the staff knew nothing. Didnt know what materials the bed was made of, didnt know anything about the look of the beds. We were just told I dont know because weve never seen them before.Maybe train your staff in your products.

I ordered online with them, and its taken over 2 weeks to get my order. I was told there was no stock a week after placing(even though they took the money no problem) and was asked if I could be send another mattress which I agreed to. Over a week later I followed up as nothing was delivered and turns out that nothing was communicated... so frustrated and now it will take over 3 weeks to deliver a mattress!

Friendly staff, super accommodating letting me try their various ranges. They didnt have stock of everything on the website, but they had so many choices still to meet my needs. They also went out their way to help me with same day delivery on a Saturday

Terrible service. ordered online, they didnt have stock and more than 2 weeks later I phoned about the delivery and they tried to sell me a more expensive mattress as they didnt have stock. Why have it for sales on the website if you dont have stock? and why not inform me sooner?

My life savers. The bed collapsed on Sunday they promised me delivery of the bed Monday. Thank you Ladies.I ordered another bed on the 7th October 2020. Promised delivery on the 21st October. Its now the 23.10.2020 and still no bed and no call to explain why.Not impressed at all. Def last time i use mattress warehouse boksburg

Awesome team and great service ! They will take time to show your all the different option in order for you to be able to really choose what works for you. Had some good laughs with the salesman ( Thulani, but I have a doubt.)

The sales man (Jerry) will promise delivery just to sell a bed. Then they wont call you back and leave it for a week. Very poor service
