Just walked out of Standard bank. Teller 28 too lazy to process all my deposits for business banking. I find it ridiculous and absolutely shocking!!

Tellers are the most unhelpful people i have ever come across..my last experience with them was the worst yet. My story quickly is followsOn Wednesday I wanted to deposit R 11 000 in cash . They let me at reception go to the Tellers to deposit money into my home loan bond account. On arrival at the tellers window, she flatly refused to help me because my amount was too low.. ( I Never heard of such nonsense) .. she told me to go outside and deposit in the machine in front of whole bunch of people. Needless to say I didnt deposit the moneyPlease can someone get back to me regarding this terrible experience at K 90 centre Standard Bank branchSincerely Gary McLean

ABSOLUTELY RIDICOULUS!!!!! I have been waiting 3 hours (in the sun) to collect a new card. I am not sure what Standard Bank is trying to do by closing all their branches. How do you justify that waiting time. Ther service is horrific. The Collection teller is open, but they dont even use it. And if you opt for an option where they deliver the card. They charge you R200!!! Complete rip off.

I would have rather given a big fat zero !!!They place you in a que that is assigned to a certain cenario BUT then they use it for other queries.. So a visit that should take you 10min ends up taking an hour. Cant ask for a manager because the manager is to busy

Still the same slow service.Just love spending 2 hours for card collection. My favourite pass time. Best of all management does not even read or respond to any of these reviews. Your slogan should be Standard bank how can we make you wait. Making our service slow just for you. If you have time to waste come to standard bank.

2 hours nearly and still waiting if you need to go to the bank take the day off or find a different brach. Need to leave now with out having done any thing as I am now late for a meeting of my own

I am awaiting feedback on a recall Instruction requested 27/10/2020. These transactions were for large amounts and the feedback is of vital importance, personally and legally.If the branch could contact me it will be much appreciated, I have already stood in a que and I am paying for a service. Why am I still banking here?..... the service has deteriorated so much.... I have been a Client for 15years and never have a stood in a queue to collect a card for 2 hours.

They dont say this anywhere, but note that you are wasting your time in the sun outside if you want to open a new account at this branch, they dont have consultants to assist you.

Pity there is not a 0 star rating. Had to drive all the way from Springs just to find out they are closed due to a corona virus case. And dont try to call the customer service number - There is no one working there! I called many times and every time Im holding for 20+ minutes, and then hear someone pick up the phone and drop the line.

Nice inside, but the ATMs still have the same problem with receiving cash that they have had for a long time. I would think they could’ve solved this after their big renovation.

The story of closing branches is not good, the people actually own the bank as it is their money and no one was consulted that I know of , I waited 50 minutes just to sort out a minor issue, everyone waiting was disgruntled as now there is one branch in Boksburg

Absolutely useless incompetent staff and shocking customer service. Forced to stand outside in the hot sun for more than 2 hours like an animal before I could even enter the bank. Standrd Bank your customer service has become pathetic and I will be closing my accounts soon
