Your detail sais you open saterday moring 8am. I have been sitting here since then. Its now 8:30am, still sitting outside listening to how loud you play your music!!!

Online it says they are open untill 15:00 on a saturday...its now 13:00, please update your details as I drove al the way here for nothing.

Came to open a bank account was told one person at a time cool with that they have distancing benches in store yet I was told I must wait outside so I landed up standing out side the bank for an hour when there was only my wife in the entire bank

The branch manager Promise is rude. He rushes to go home instead of attend to customers. Rather go to another branch or Bank.

After many years i will be closing down my account with capitec. Very rude and arrogant staff at East Rand Mall.

Most pathetic service received! The bank shutter was down and when enquirer they had no answer!!Probably running high on the fact that they have too many clients, what they forget is that same clients can dump them in no time.

The worst experience, I felt like I was bothering the cashier.. one coloured guy in particular with blonde hair was purely rude when assisting me.
