If you need to relax a while while waiting in a queue for a deposit, this is the place to go.There are atms which would be a better option depending on the services you require. A nice location by all the other banks, but not necessarily safe as the East Rand Mall has safety issues.

Extremely long queues and unhelpful staff. You would be better off driving to another branch or changing to another bank than having to deal with the queues and staff here

Ive came here 3 times for the same thing,Youll wait for more than 30mins just to be assisted,there is 5 computers on the tellers yet only 2 people work there..Its just one annoying place to be!

I have very important halls veloor because absa bank can not do internet transactions without a smart phone. Its bad for absa very very bad
