They have no idea of service delivery, absolutely no customer courtesy. Forever offline and unhelpful.

Phone was taken in 2 months ago for warranty replacement. No call back. Went to the store and was told 2 weeks ago I would be advised on the status as the Manager escalated. Can’t get through to branch. Managed to get through to the store and explained the situation and was told that they will call me back. I’m still waiting and can’t get through to the branch. Absolutely terrible service!!!!

As a senior lady....who is a bit techi !!! I found them very helpful when I did need help.

Dont even waste your time trying to take out a contract at this store. No one answers the store number, consultants dont return calls and Manager is non-existent. Two months later and I am still trying to get my phone from them after it was sent in for repairs. If I could give zero stars I will. BTW visiting the store in person wont help -they are not organized -other customers cut the waiting line. Rather drive yourself to Pavilion they have an automated que system and they actually take some effort to help you. Its a bit longer but trust me better than hitting your head against the wall with MTN Bluff.

Takes ages to get hold of them, and dont believe them when they say they will call you back youll end up having to call them back... unprofessional.

MTN BLUFF --- The service is non existent and pathetic - may as well shut this store down - does not even deserve 1 star

I have tried also calling this number numerous time. Dont bother or waste your time because its like they just ignore the phone..In tried over 40 times and not once they have answered.

Calling the number provided on the site, from 9am cause it states store opens at 9am. It is now 9.24am and still no answer. UNPROFESSIONAL.........

Nice little shop - they botched my contract though making me drive around and get frustrated with MTN

2 stars is unfair, only people angry with service rate, I was looking for this place on Google maps and nearly diverted to pavilion

My experience with MTN is no different from other complaints. They really must up their game because this store and their staff is tarnishing the name of the brand.

This is the worst experience I have ever had where I had to call the neighbouring stores to get through to someone in the store and still I have had no joy this store has sold me an incomplete contract and they refuse to assist me or deliver what they had advertised........to be continued on hello peter and Wendy Knowler.
