I sent my phone is for repairs 3 months ago and I still have not got my phone they said that they will give me a new phone but they taking so long they just contacted me know and said that they need to send the phone back because the insurance needs to check what is wrong with the phone before the they can give me a new one. This is totally unacceptable someone please help

Worst experience I have ever had with vodacom.
I took out a Mygig5 contract for a teenager in June, under the impression that it was a Top Up contract. Only to find out a few months later when my bill was R3000 plus every month, that it was an open contract. That apparently could be capped at R100, but the store that sold me the contract never advised me that I could or should set a data cap. Now 3 months later my bill is running more than R9000.
Spent over 30min just to get a SIM card, plus 15min waiting (for them to reboot the machine) to pay R1.00
I took my phone in for repairs 23.10.17 till today i dont have it. Not impressed at all ! 24.01.18 - Today i went to the store to collect my phone only to find out that they did not fix it, on top of that the consultants were extremely RUDE !!!
