Poor service, first a long wait out side the store, first person refered me to the second, he return sent to to the third he checked info on the system & said the system was of a level 3 which could not find my data waited for another computer I just walked out of the store. Too many staff walking around but could not sort out my issues. Sad customer.

I have to tell you my visit to this store was not good. I went in there to have my contract that is up for renewal to have it changed from an old system that I am on to VodacomS new system... Firstly the consultant that attended to me did not know how to do it. He then kept pushing me to allow him to offer me a better deal then the call centre was offering me. I explained that I was not there to talk about deals as I was just there for them to take me off the old system and migrate me to the new system. Then the manager comes and butts in only to tell me that it cannot be done in the store when the call centre told me otherwise. Still pushing the consultant to offer me a better deal. Which he could not in the end. Finally the consultant gives me a paper with details of how I can do it over the phone with the call centre... Really now.... I was done with all of this... I said to him that why cant he not do it on the system... He then dicided that he was going to... But I can honestly tell you that I truly believe that it was not done... What a waste of time... And aggravation... I will call the call centre in the morning and follow up to see of it was done... But I doubt it very much.....

Worst Vodacom Shop by far Manager is absolutely useless and the staff by the door have no customer service experience whatsoever they cant even help with a simple question the only helpful Consultant there is Jaco. Sent my phone in for repairs and they fixed nothing because of a contract they never canceled after telling me they were going to cancel it 10 out of 10 wouldnt recommend this store to anyone rather go to Pick n pay centre or take a drive to another store.

I cancelled a contract and wanted something cheaper, the sales consultant seemed a bit irritated about it. When I inquired about other options, he was quite reluctant to help me.

Good DayI am extremely apaulled by the service I have received from this store as well as the Manager who he claimed to be at the time.I walked into the shop with my father to return a pair of earpods and the staff just seemed so uninterested and unhelpful at the time.My concern is we all have a job to do and service is always of utmost importance to me in any industry.So going back to my experience, I cant remember what day it was specifically but it was a few days before Christmas 2019, the manager eventually helped us after standing around waiting for assistance while the rest of the staff just seemed uninterested. At this point I was becoming really annoyed.Then the manager explained the earpods my dad purchased was on special and we had to bring the other pair back for them to refund us. We didnt have the other pair with us.So eventually the manager then took down my details as I told him I was leaving Durban and would not be able to come back to collect my package in 2weeks time when he said it would be ready.Up until today which is the 14th of Jan 2020, not once has any staff member contacted me from the Vodacom Bluff Towers branch to follow up with me. The contact number I have been dialling just rings.Totally disgusted with the poor poor service from the beginning. I need an urgent response about my earpods, it might not be expensive or be of high value to your shop but it means alot to me as it has sentimental value as it was given to me by my Dad.I am also going to be laying a formal complaint to the Vodacom H/O about this experience as it is extremely frustrating to know the lack of service from a well established mobile operator has this lack of respect and care for their customers.RegardsBianca
