People at the counter could be more friendly and not act as if they doing you a favour if you go there to buy staff some of us know what we want dont act as if we dont k know nothing

I was promised that the recipe would be filed for the colour I had mixed. Was not done and every the new mix was a sick match. Absolutely not happy.
