Not one of my experiences at Hinterland was nice, I have to get a lot of John Deere parts for my company, and they never, never have any stock what so ever. The salesman at the counter are much more interested in helping the phone clients than helping the walk in customers. You always wait, and when they do help you, it is with a sense of impatience and irritation, like you are wasting their time. I might be missing the point completely here, but my logic says that if you are a dealership, or a supplier you should have basic stock, and if not, you should get it for a customer, but now instead you have to pay the transport for that part to get here, and the price of the part. If I had to have a company, and a customer is in need of a part that Im supposed to have, I would have gotten such a part to no expense to the customer, because that in my books is service delivery, but like I said, I might be missing the point completely, just my 2cents worth.

The idea of going to hinterland as a farmer is to have an awesome experience and save on your monthly aquasition though it in an all competitive field not always my first choice of stop.

Very expensive. Same product at another shop in Bloemfontein is 100% cheaper! How much profit do these people whant to make? The shop assistant was, for what its worth, very friendly and helpful. For me, I will not stop here again.
