Worst service Ive ever received. The guy wasnt really in the mood to help us. We showed him pictures of how bad the walls look & he gave us bad advice on what is needed & was just in a hurry to get us to pay. We needed additional painting tools, but we had to search for it ourselves because he took the paint behind the counter & waited for us to pay, instead of helping us. We obviously didnt have experience in painting a badly damaged exterior wall & were hoping he would give us proper advice after seeing the photos we showed him, but we had to first watch a YouTube video & then go to a different store where we got good advice & bought all the additional paints and tools we needed. I regret supporting this business.

Bad service from staff.Empty promises, for now going on 3 weeksJohann promised me I would have my paint report a few days after he inspected my roof, Tuesday came and went, the following Wednesday I get called to say I need to wait another week for my report, the 2nd promised date has now come and gone, still no report.Again nt even a phone call to follow up or reason why the report is still no ready.Johann does not care about a client.The worst service ever from a paint supplierI gave them a chance to redeme the bad service, however still nothing.
