I am not happy at all with Dawn Wing, my package is long over due and no one really cared to inform me whats going on.Not professional at all.My package is lost and none of them bothered to pick up the phones and inform me.MAKRO SHOULD JUST STOP WORKING WITH YOU GUYS PERIOD.

Please do not make use of these incompetent clowns, their delivery takes forever and they dont have a clue how to answer a phone. Their uselessness is epic. A ten year old would be able to run a business better than this.

Received a sms from Dawn Wing at 7 AM, that they going to deliver a parcel, so decided to take a day off and waited at home the whole day and the parcel was not delivered.........why send me a sms if you not going to deliver the parcel......

Very disappointing !!! Parcel handed over for overnight ,9 days still waiting.Bloemfontein doesn’t answer the phone for enquiries after multiple tries .Would definitely not recommend .

I dont usually give ratings.... BUT Delivery takes forever. They tried to deliver my parcel after 5pm after I requested it to be delivered 8-5pm, NO ONE TRIED TO PHONE ME. I phoned and delivery was rescheduled for the following day. I am still waiting as they failed to deliver yet again. Lets hope I will finally get my parcel today.

Great service overall. Great value. I have personally used Dawn Wing a couple of times to ship my entire pc from Bloemfontein to Cape Town without any damage! They have never been late with my package. I highly recommend Dawn Wing as your local courier!

Whats the point of tracking a parcel that has bee collected from depot 4 days ago. And still showing only that information. Second time around having a problem with their delivery! Rather use Courier Guy much more reliable!!!!

My wife ordered a parcel and we ended up with Dawn Wing as the courier. Despite it being out for delivery for the past 5 days, we have yet to receive this parcel.Absolutely pathetic service, avoid at all costs

They dont answer the calls.Have been receiving messages that the delivery failed for more than a week but not once were they at my house!! Promised yesterday after various calls that it will be delivered today and of course not answering the phone when I try to enquire.Worst service,do not use them!!!

They delivered my package at the wrong address. When I call (Ive called 6 times) they pick up after about 5minutes (literally) and then they transfer me to a number (she doesnt tell me to who, and Ive asked not to be transfered to a number that doesnt answer) that eventually just goes dead! I have probably used more airtime trying to get my package to me than what the package actually cost.

The tracking system is useless if you can actually track where your package is. You get an sms and wait the whole day to be assist. People can’t be flexible or their drivers will reschedule delivery for you and you’ll struggle getting it. The head office call center assistance is futile when comes to tracking and what’s happening on the ground with drivers. Never using their services again 😪

Bloemfontein office doesnt easily answer calls. Received an SMS yesterday to say that the parcel would be delivered the same day. No delivery was made. Had to visit the office today to enquire and it was stated that the delivery would be done today. Its now almost 2 hours later and no delivery yet. Receptionist indicated that she would give me an update 5 minutes later, but no response was received in good time

Wost courier service ever! Dont answer your calls at all and been waiting for my parcel two weeks already that it has been in my city! Dont know what track and trace is for if it keeps sowing in transit and a message with dawn wing will contact you.

Terrible service! I waited for a package scheduled to be delivered on Wednesday 5 June 2019. Their tracking service stated that delivery had failed. The same thing on the next day. This despite the fact that I was at the delivery address (work address) during office hours on both days. I gave them a call on Friday and they said that security at our building refused the delivery guy access and he couldnt call me, because the phone number provided was incorrect. They said it would be delivered just after 14:00 on Friday. By 16:00 when I was heading home, still no package and I called again. This time another lady answered, again said that security denied the delivery guy access, but confirmed that my correct phone number was indeed on the parcel! She took my home address and said it would be delivered before 12:00 on Saturday. Saturday morning just after 08:00 I received a call from the delivery guy, saying he was at my work address, but the building was closed. Which confirms a total lack of communication, as the information I provided Friday afternoon was obviously not relayed! I gave him my home address and the package was delivered just before 12:00 on Saturday 8 June 2019.I had a chat with our security personnel and they told me that they would never refuse any courier access to the building. We checked the visitors log and no courier from Dawn Wing ever signed it. My cell phone number was correctly indicated on the parcel, so theres no excuse for not giving me a call. The address is very clear and I have never had any difficulties with any other courier service struggling to deliver packages at work.I can only imagine that Dawn Wing either went to the wrong address or never tried to deliver it at all. And they are either too lazy or just incompetent to even try and rectify their own mistakes!

The employee at the desk sits right next to the phone and does not answer it.If you have an option to use another courier service I suggest you use it even if you need to pay extra. Dawnwing is worth no ones time.

Poor service my parcel arrived in bloemfontein two weeks ago and i have not even receive it .they dnt even answer the phone tryed calling the whole week very disappointed with the service.

I wasnt really impressed with their service. No one called me to tell me why my package is not arriving and online it stated that it was out for delivery. It didnt arrive and the next day the same happened. I called the main number on the website and the lady said shell return my call once she has feedback for me. Later that day I called the local Dawn Wing. They said they are going to deliver. It never arrived. I had to contact the company I purchased the package from, for them to give us feedback. There were breakages, but why couldnt they have just said something? No one even notified the Sender until I complained.

Terribly customer service. The Bloemfontein branch does not answer their landline, you need to call the national call centre to get assistance - and even they just specialise in false promises.

I love the customer service and extra miles that Lerato and Johannes goes for all their customers and since its also a Herbalife Quick Release centre, they also taking great care pf us as Herbalife Members.

They missed their delivery yesterday but when I visited the branch early this morning they were able to quickly locate my parcel for me

Not satisfied at all....when I tracked my parcels online on 2/6/17 they were being shipped from Bloemfontein. When I check today they say they tried to deliver I was not at home. I was not even contacted and worse part is I was home the whole weekend. There was never a time when there was no-one at home because I was expecting my parcels. When you call in at the branch the phone is forever ringing.Dawn wing please up your service it used to be so excellent. What is it now???

Horrible service, they take forever to deliver products and they lie when you call to enquire about your delivery, saying its on its way but it never gets there. I would not recommend them to anyone. only rated them 1 because I had to otherwise I would have given them zero

Ordered wine from Cape Town and got my wine in 2 days and I live in Bloemfontein , the service was good I dont see any problem with Dawn wing and from my experience I will use them again. Thanks were friendly.
