This is the most useless courier company under the sun. They should provide service for paying customers yet they expect customers to dance to their tune. They never deliver anything at the time/ day they supposed. Empty promises, lies, dont care attitude.

This is THE MOST USELESS Courier Company in S.A!! No Service at all!! Empty Promises !! No call back’s & Bunch of Lies!! I cannot believe that Even Banks can use them.. If there was a Star for Absolutely 0 Service that would be my first choice !! Shame on FNB for using these guys!!

Ok, so they told me that they will deliver my package between 9am and 11am, then they deliver at 12... So then I discovered the package was not mine... So 1 week later I was suppose to get package meant for me. Again they call and say they will deliver between 9am and 11am. Here I am sitting and waiting and again 2 hours gone and still no package... Sorry but this is pathetic.

The worst courier company in South Africa by far. Refusing to do what they are paid for. Deciding when it suits them best to deliver, and not as paid for by the customer. Delaying delivery by more than a week. Telling me that when they phoned I did not agree to delivery the next day. Then when they listen to their recording realize they were wrong. Then sending and email stating that I was not available for delivery and pushing it forward by another week. Pity that one cannot rate them zero stars. I would not recommend this company at all. Not even if they provided free delivery.

I received an sms notifying me that they will arrive in a few min. Next I received an sms saying in 32min. Its an hour later and Im still waiting. they dont answer their phones, they cut you off and no one gets back to you. Just plain shocking

Excellent service

I have never dealt with such incompetence.1) CCD could not stick to their appointment2) When trying to inquire what is happening you almost never have anyone answering the phone.3) Eventually I get a call from them and they arrived at the wrong address. If thats not bad enough they repeated this error a few days later.4) Its now three weeks later and i still dont have my parcel.5) After Eventually getting through today i was told i will need to wait another 5working days.

They can not keep to delivery times, take 2 weeks to drop of a parcel thats if they dont lose it and no point in trying to call them.
