FedEx was supposed to pick up a parcel from me. Nobody pitched and when I delivered it the excuse was there was no contact number BUT I was contacted by THEM to arrange the date and address. The person responsible was talking to the receptionist when I delivered the parcel myself.

FedEx service is very poor.this is not the first time I had a complain about their service. On Friday I received a sms saying my order has been delivered, I havent received anything from them.the courier doesnt call when they deliver your parcels I am sick and tired of their poor service.

Do not ever use Fedex, their phones just ring into oblivion and the customer service center never answers. PATHETIC

Cant believe one of the most reputed courier services in the world dont have the money to make a local call when they reach your residence. This after you pay an arm and a leg for delivering a mere document. never use fedex

FedEx is very unprofessional. I ordered a laptop bag from Takealot and they used them as the courier service instead of contacting me to deliver the bag they delivered it to the wrong address without calling or sending me an email. They are so unprofessional and you cant reach their customer service number as when you have queries.
