Slowest courier in South AfricaI do not recommend them
Interacted with a lady by the name of Grace...Never have I experienced that much unprofessionalism.....Wow....
Pathetic!! Refuse to answer the phone from 08:00. Actually they dont answer the phone until 08:26. Thats when I gave up on trying to follow up on a package that was supposed to take 2 days for delivery. I am on the 5th working day, and my tracking number I got for my parcel shows handed off to courrier also for the pas 7 days (Obviously incl the weekend) so also for the past 5 working days. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC COMPANY AND PATHETIC SERVICE!
Poor service rendered. Unprofessional couriers. And package still not delivered, the worst service Ive ever encountered with a courier company.
My parcel spent 4 days there, no one felt the need to enter my waybill into the system. Couldnt track order. The supplier says its with them, they say they cant find on the system. When I go there my parcel is just sitting there gathering dust.
