Very friendly and patient staff while you stand there for ages pondering about which of the many divine flavours they have. They also make really great Moccachinos. A small, intimate and cozy ambience ππ

Our waitress was friendly but kept interrupting our service to attend to others mid-conversation. My chimney cone was bitter & left an odd dry aftertaste. When I received my cone, it lacked things that were in the description of the product & when I tried to flag a waitress down to query the issue she looked at me from a distance & walked away. I am sadly disappointed - the service & quality we used to get from Romano Pavilion was exceptional.
