A really great place to bring family/friends. Pleasant atmosphere that welcomes you with a warm aroma of freshly brewed coffee. I ordered a java chip frappe along with a small salted caramel cake. The frappe tasted good, however the cake was terrible. It tasted as if it was stored for a long time on the shelf and I wouldnt order it again! I definitely will return here again bearing in mind to look carefully before I order a confection.

Stepped out of a rainy afternoon, into a vibey atmosphere with a pungent aroma of a quality roast in the air. Was assited by a very energetic soul who was not only friendly but helpful too. Picked us some wonderful choices that I will definitely be making my regular from now on. Thank you, thank you , and keep being you! We loved it.

Fairly good. I just dont appreciate having to wait 13 minutes for a cappuccino, which is the easiest thing to make. This is not the first or last time, but its worth it. A suggestion - such a busy and central coffee shop like Starbucks, on Florida Road, should have more than one battista making coffee - logic...

Good store... selections of coffee of course, with tea options and customising of drink...also have muffins and croissants. Price is as usual the StarBucks.

Hubby had a cappuccino. I had a chocolate Frappuccino and the kids had the caramel Frappuccino - we werent crazy about our drinks... but the triple chocolate chip 🍪 and the milk tart muffin was a hit - we definitely going back for those. 😋

Visited starbucks Florida today and was pleasantly surprised by the service that we received from a very helpful outgoing young man by the name of Sanile. It was quite busy but Sanile gave us his full attention and excellent service and he had an answer to every question we had about the coffee. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK SANILE!!!!

Florida Rd is a trendy street in Durban which is almost always filled with college students looking for a party or just looking to chill, therein is where Starbucks nailed the placement of this store. Its perfect for lounging before a night of partying or recovering after a crazy evening. I would highly recommend this Starbucks store over the ones in the malls. Just for the vibe!

Honestly love it. Most people Ive spoken to will say Ag its just a gimmick and you can get coffee anywhere until they actually go there. Coffee is amazing and the food is so tasty! Atmosphere is fantastic and the staff are always so polite and really helpful! Plus the reward system is incredible!

Located in Durbans popular street know as Florida road, Starbucks is one of the worlds most popular coffee shops with a hold host of extras to make your visit an absolute delight. We went to Starbucks to celebrate a friends birthday and was really happy with the service, however it could do with more seating inside Especially when it rains.

I had a great time, clean, fresh air and covid19 regulations followed very well.

This is a standard Starbucks but what makes it great is its long opening hours. Most nights it only closes at 22:00. On Saturday it stays open still 23:00. It is perfect for those souls who would like to go against Florida Road-culture and stay sober for the evening (at least). Be warned that, that late night latte is going to cost you - they are overpriced. Otherwise enjoy the free WiFi, long opening hours and the Strawberies and Cream frappacino.

Its not worth it... they are over priced and it was just hot milk topped with fresh cream, the cake was quite a thin slice for R39, the biscuit tasted stale ...Looks nice.. great chilled atmosphere , loved the smell of coffee as you walk in but its definitely not my cup of coffee..In my honest opinion i can definitely make better coffee at home & the fresh cream in my coffee would be a double bonus of love!

My coffee home.The Reserve bar has the best coffee, with different small lot coffees brewing every few days or weeks you get to experience new flavours and profiles.Teddy is extremely passionate and knowledgeable and he loves to share us knowledge which is exciting for anyone who wants to learn.The staff are all amazing, friendly and super efficient.They have lovely outdoor seating as well as power outlets for your laptop or charging your phone as well as free WiFi if youd like to spend some time working there.

A week day visit to the iconic Starbucks in Florida Road. A lovely space outside which was popular with everyone.. inside was well setup without being overcrowded. Disappointing was that there were out of stock items..

I loved it, the summer beverages they serve us makes u forget that it is hot outside and the scent of fresh coffee just relaxes me.

Really delicious coffee served by friendly, knowledgeable staff.Only issue is that the toilets are almost always disgusting. I spent two full days working at Starbucks Florida Rd and never found the restrooms to be sanitary. I would have given 5 stars if it werent for this issue.Otherwise, the atmosphere in the shop is warm, welcoming and very trendy.Internet is free, stable and fast. There are plug points scattered all around.

Love the laid back chilled vibe here. Coffee aroma inside is to die for. Tried a lot of stuff on the menu and the house blend is the best for me-enjoyed black. The chocolate mousse desert pictured is really devine as well as their carrot cake.

Love the gingerbread latte and the pumpkin spice ! Staff need to be careful with their writing though. Someone wrote my name horrible and didnt call out the right thing at all when my drink was ready.

Standard Starbucks is good news. Great, relaxed setting in a hip street with lots of dining options. Limited parking, car guards may get chatty but are present.

At 43, Im about 20 years too old for this place. Free WiFi, free laptop/mobile chargers makes this a great place for students, writers and researchers. The coffee was the usual Starbucks standard and outside seating fairly comfortable. Not a bad spot but like I said, not for me.

As always a good coffee fix and the baristas are so entertaining and helpful. I loved the friendly vibe this morning ☺

This Starbucks on Florida Road is one i particularly enjoy. This is due to it having the Starbucks Reserve side to it. 👌🏻Which basically means that is has better coffee than the other side. For one, the coffee beans used on this side are better, and secondly, the baristas on this side are super duper well trained. (and they can be chatty)Always a lovely experience and atmosphere there. 😉

The chocolate frappachino was good... however I had higher standards for the coffee. It was disappointing. They were sold out with the glazed donuts and that was disappointing as well. They could improve.

Chilled, hipster vibe. Coffee and service on par with the other franchises in Gateway, Umhlanga and Rosebank, Johannesburg. Efficient service. The coffee was fantastic as always and the pastry I tried was good. Happy all round.

Starbucks-branded merchandise is for sale, and the menu promises R2 off your drink if you switch to a reusable mug (which you can also buy near the order counter).Quality comes at a price, however, so the very budget conscious might like to keep it as a treat, at R47 for the smallest frappucino. I find it a necessary indulgence that I now cant live without 😉
