What a wonderful space! A little oasis at the bottom end of Florida Road. Who would have thought the words oasis and Florida Road could live happily in the same sentence ;)Newly opened Milk & Honey Cafe is situated at the entrance to the Olive Tree Church, Florida Road. It offers a wonderful comfy lounge area, long tables and chairs, cozy two seater tables and an area with bar stools overlooking Florida Road.The Cafe opens at 6.30 - 4 daily, is closed on Saturdays and Sundays becomes more of a takeaway than a sit down service because of the Church services. Sundays they close at 11 and open again for the evening service.We hit the jackpot arriving before 10am as they were running a R20 special on coffee plus a mince pie. Who doesnt like a bargain? Who doesnt love a yummy mince pie 😁 Cappuccinos and mince pies went down singing hymns.Got to get back for the decadent looking chocolate brownies. Other things on offer were banana bread, Pasteis de Nata (Portuguese custard tarts), orange & almond cake, blueberry & oat loaf, choc orange & almond biscuits.Gorgeous baked goods made by Sherri, who was icing a cake while we were there. Staff are friendly and helpful and add to the chilled vibe.Highly recommended.

Although they dont have a website, they have a Facebook page. Love this open airy set up. Tables not on top of each other. You get the feel of being out in the open, yet you inside. Their food Delicious and prices very good. Great place to have a healthy breakfast after a gym session.
