Staff isnt very friendly. Pizza doesnt taste nice compared to other debonair pizza. We also had a experience where we ordered pizza at 17:30 and at 21:00 the guy arrived and had an attitude.

Not a fan of their pizzas and now they stopped making the Sub hence my dropping of their stars.. Overpriced pizza tbh.. You can get more for from other fast foods than the price u pay for 1 large pizza at Debs

Loved debonair since I was kid..... But this store really ruined.i have purchased many times something meaty triple decker and it hardly had any meat... Thick chunks of macon are positioned to make the pizza look full and there is hardly any cheese....

Ordered pizza for delivery at 18:19 on the 23rd July 2021. Its now 20:04 and I still havent received my food.When we call the store or call centre nobody answers.Thanks for the terrible service.

Great service. Service was super quick

Tuesday evening I phoned through an order which I was told would be ready in 15 minutes. Got to the restaurant and they told me they never got the order and cannot help me.They said I should know that I must get an sms to prove that the order is confirmed.I followed this up by sending an email to HQ, no reply to date.Also followed this up with the call center and the restaurant again, and found out that I was not the only one who experienced the no order scenario.Really poor!

Good service. Adequate seating facility. A vegetarian pizza was ordered. If you like the heat, you would enjoy this one. Manager made a turn to check on us, was an added bonus. Was not busy.

Very good only sometimes late

Ordered an on the triple and we basically ate pizza base for dinner. It was the most disappointing unappetizing meal weve had in a long time and will not reccomend this to anyone. Whats worse is bit into a slice of barbeque macon which had like one strip of macon on it and chipped a tooth as a result of biting into a bone like fragment...This meal has left us all so unsatisfied.

They have a lovely variety of pizzas to choose from, as well as the healthy option called the rustic range for those carb clever people. They also do have a good range of sides mines those cheese griller they kinda taste great.When hot you get the cheese oozing out when you give them a gentle squeeze.Thin and crispy is the way we like it our go to pizza as to be the tika chicken. But mines is the Mexican fiesta when you want a fiesta on the tongue quite spicy but yum.

Ordered the 5 x medium pizza special, received it and when i opened the pizzas inside the house they were all squashed in the corner, i contacted the store the manager requested pictures, after sending it to him i had to call him back for feedback, he stated that the driver said everything was fine when he delivered and i paid him, i asked the manager to ask him if he opened the box and the driver said no, he stated he would be sending me new pizzas, i asked for the bosses number and was told they cannot give the owners contact details out

Ordered a 3 cheese pizza with garlic and got a pizza with chilli and onions on. Had a child to feed as well.....the slip I recieved was right but wrong pizza I guess or they dont care what they give the customer. I dont complain much but this is unacceptable.Thank you for calling me the very next day to rectify the problem. :)
