Absolutely NO other can compare. The service is ALWAYS amazing. The food is ALWAYS warm and of the highest quality. The order is ALWAYS correct and the staff ALWAYS friendly. Since theyve opened we never ever go anywhere else. Its value for your money! An absolute pleasure

Good service. I was a bit concerned that some customers were walking around without masks near the cashiers and dispatch counter, and nothing was said by the staff.

Food is fresh, and good. But the drive thru spills out into the main road during peak times at night. So can take 30-40 minutes to get to the order window.

Worst place EVER. Only been able to get milkshake twice since they opened. The excuse everytime is no milk and no ice cream.

How sad! I usually go to Bedfordviews Burger King and never had any issues!!! Northmeads Burger King should go get training at Besfordviews branch! I stopped over the weekend at Northmeads branch and was told I could not get the special as I did not have the app. I downloaded the app ready to place my order of 5 x surprise burgers and asked the lady to please hold the tomato as we are allergic to it and she refused. I asked why as their will actually benefit by using it for anothercustomer. She said It is the special. After an argument I picked up on something. I asked her if they are pre-packed. She said yes and that is why they could not give without tomato. As they were not busy I stateted that it is not freshly made as ordered! So I changed the order to 1 x burger meal and told her I am not going back there. She gave me no apology. I thought perhaps she had a bad day so I went there again today, ready with my app and thought I dont want an argument again, so just ordered 4 x surprise burgers and take the tomato off. How disappointing that 3 of the 4 burgers were chicken. Unfortunately the pic does not show the chicken burger, but empty box. One of my passengers ate hers in the car. You may argue that is what the surprise is. Sure, but not 3 of the same out of 4!!! On the side of the box are numbers. Why not tick them so that there are no dubbles/triples given to one customer? Never had these issues at Bedfordview. Seriously people, is everything going to the dogs? Check your order before you leave their premises. I will definitely not go their again!!!

The food is great. But they have a total disregard for covid protocols. The take alot and uber eat clients gets preferance....congregate with no social distancing. Taking up most of the shop while the rest of the clients have to just be happy with standing outside the shop. Takecalot and ubee eat clients gets served first. They did nit ones sanituse theur hands. The drive through is a total mess....blocking the road right into the main road........very frustrating!!!!!

This is the wors service in Benoni, never open at 9 in the mornings, staff are rude, drive through orders are incorrect and incomplete, got ants in our drinks. I will never buy from Burger King Benoni ever again...

It was rather busy, traffic was queuing and blocking other traffic on the road. The good was mediocre at best, not as good as when they first opened. I went inside to place an order instead of sitting in the car, and it was disorganised and busy. I cant understand why anyone would go to this place for food. I went with a friend who bought dinner here.

Worst experience for the second time, stood for 2 hours drive thru only to be told we wont get help by the manager.I understand its covid restrictions but dont let people wait until before you want to close off

It was my 1st visit to this particular branch. Went there today, just before 13h00...waited at the drive-thru for almost 20 minutes. Funny part is there was only 1 vehicle in front of me. My query about the long wait fell on deaf ears at bothwindows 1 & 2! I felt sorry for the long queue that had formed past your entrance as I was driving out. Not cool at all BK Northmead! You can do better...

Just had ordered the new BLT chicken burger meal and not even half way through my burger I realised the chicken was frozen as it still had frozen bits on the other side of the chicken which made the chicken tasteless,I am very disappointed with the food ,it had no favour or any uniqueness to it and as for the service terrible! It took me an hour to get my food ..also got it cold and with the drink , its as though it has been sitting long in those machines , because my drink as well was not fresh and cold ..I am very disappointed once again I wouldnt recommend this place and Id definitely never go back to Northmead burger King , save your money to a worthy place.. DISAPPOINTED

What an awesome BK! Excellent quality food and very friendly staff. I enjoy the all you can drink sodas, but can never get past 2 cups. Maybe a good thing. Else, every other item I have tried has been of top notch taste and quality. I especially enjoy a side helping of their yummy onion rings. Clean outlet and ample parking. Drive thru is quick and efficient. Be sure to wear your mask in the store as well as in your car when going through the drive thru as staff are strict to remind you to do so. Overall, good food and good service sees me back for anothet whopper!

The service was not good. The cashier did want to redem my 2 vouchers for a meal. Said that they can only use 1 voucher. Even after I explained and said it is cash vouchers not a coupon. Northmead BK will never see me again.

Systems slow and off-line. No stock of ice cream or milkshake. Dining area can also nor be used due to maintenance. New television advertised burger not yet on menu and personnel don’t know about it. They also said that they no longer sell items like chicken fries, but when you look inline it still appear om their menu and you can still get it from other branches and online deliver. Pathetic and service extremely poor. Will never buy from Burger King again although this was only my 2nd visit to it. I am not impressed at all.

Not a nice experience at all. Halfway through our meal I went back to the counter to request another packet of tomato sauce. I was told that I cant get one as the gentleman at the counter can loose his job if he is seen given out extra tomato sauce. I left it and went back to my table.

Long queues. A frustrating experience as food was cold by the time it could be consumed.

I am sad to be changing my rating, but after the fast, friendly, excellent service I had experienced the precious times, I couldnt believe that it is the same place yesterday. None of the staff actually greeted or bearly spoke. The lady that took my order didnt confirm what size shake I wanted and since it was part of the meal, I assumed it would be a large (so I admit it was partly my fault as well), but on receiving my goods it was wat looked like a small. I saw another review that was also mentioning that they were told that chicken fries is no longer available, though I saw it online while I was standing in the drive-thru queue. I do understand that it was crazy busy last night and has been a long day which is why I didnt make a fuss on receiving my goods, and did not expect anybody to jump up and down and be over friendly or anything like that. But to at least greet a customer properly and even putting on a half fake smile would do so much better...

Overall ok services, food is decent... Strawberry milkshake usually is overdone on the syrup side of it and ends up tasting horrid.Edit:Tonight we decided again to try this and the milkshake was so badly done, it has way too much syrup in again. I wont ever have a strawberry shake here.

Waited more tha 20 minutes. Generator was suppose to kick in. Staff could not ring products....saying they dont know the prices. Had to get out of the car to go look on the board. Total disaster all together. Left with incorrect order....

ALWAYS ALWAYS check your order before driving off. I always include sauces with my order of wings and burgers. Twice now I get home and my sauces,which I paid for are not in the order. Other than that it is a nice quick place,just check that your order is complete

Burger Kings burgers are always great, and the service at this branch is always awesome. Was a little disappointed that for the price of the Texas BBQ Burger we got bacon bits, instead of bacon strips.
