I want to thank Faf meat deli for bringing back some good childhood memories. I purchased their skilpadjies and decided that I will cook them for the family with some garlic bread and a home made onion sauce. I placed my skilpadjies in a pan with a bit of oil in it and I had the temp switch on setting 3 out of 6 covered the pan with a lid, and I cooked them for about 40min at that temp. I was very surprised to see that when I turned them after 30 min they kept their size and didnt shrink like some others do. I served them with the onion sauce on the side and a piece of garlic bread. They were spiced perfectly and not dry at all. Welldone guys that recipe is perfect keep it like that and I will always support you.I will pop in again and try out something else in you deli and do a review.
