I enjoy visiting Mannys. The new art section can be expanded, but the garden section and tools section are both fantastic. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. The only think I dont like is that each sections items have to be checked out at that section, before it can be paid for at the till.

I was pleasantly surprised by the store layout. Staff are fairly friendly and helpful. They seemed to stock a good variety of budget and quality tools. Not being from this area, I probably would not be going this way again.Unfortunately they did not stock what I was looking for and the staff were clueless about what I wanted. Eventually after walking thru the store and asking many staff members who didnt have any idea what I was looking for, I went to see the manager to get an answer.I was looking for a refill bottle of acetylene for the Afrox PortaPak, the staff kept on directing me to the camping gas canisters.

Leon at Mannys Hardware was very helpful and very friendly as well as the floor staff en cashier.Unfortunately the guys that were to help with the loading did not seem very happy and all the goods came off from roof rack. So we arranged for delivery.The driver and the two assistance were great.😄

Very unhappy with the service. Bought two laminated boards of wood, after paying they carted them to my vehicle after waiting 15 minutes, upon arrival it was very easily noticeable that the edges were badly damaged. To solutionate they suggest to cut the boards smaller for free, in other words tried to sell smaller boards for the same price. My time was wasted and now I must wait for a refund. Manager did not even have the courtesy to greet me. Awful experience. 0 customer service.

Spent lots of money at Mannys upgrading my house. Bought a under counter geyser that did not work which I returned. Could not find the slip as I have hundreds of slips from all the purchases over the months. Management made me wait to discuss my problem, then disinterested in fixing the problem. 20 years I have been buying from Manny’s. Very poor and very disappointing service. Goodbye Mannys!

No service in the electrical department. Send from pillar to post after the 5th person who just reverded me to the next I decided to leave

It is one of my favourite stores. It is however frustrating when shopping and products has no marked prices on your laminate sheeting or Formica or any other large boards in that department. You are loosing business by doing that.

Shopping at this store for a decade and it has improved its service over the years. I purchase most of our plumbing supplies, paints and wood at this store- great for small businesses. It is an easy to navigate store with well stocked departments.Gardening department is diverse and with Maggies help you will receive advice and personal service with a smile.Delivery of building supplies is possible.Ample parking and conveniently located off of Great North Road heading towards Kempton Park.An extra add on is the diner looking café with decently priced food and take aways.

When you have a trolley full of electrical supplies Plus plumbing supplies AND youve ordered building supplies to be delivered the till experience is extremely frustrating - I hope they are looking at better/more efficient ways of dealing with this.

You could walk in there not knowing anything and still be able to buy exactly what you need! In every department there is extremely talented staff that are always happy to assist.

Great shopping experience...staff are very helpful and at least serve you... not like buiders warehouse were you cant find anyone to help you... worth the drive..keep it up staff....
