Walked around looking for a gas regulator seal, in spite of a few employees that walked passed me, nobody tendered any spontanious assistance.(ended up with the wrong Bull nose seal). Kilometers to drive for a replacement. So a NO for me!

Walked through, noone enforced Covid-19 protocol (personally I observe the protocol, but was uncomfortable observing it wasnt being enforced as that places others at a greater risk).Noone offered to assist me.Their prices were generally higher.Parking lot has poor roads, a few potholes if memory serves me correct.Sadly, dont think Ill be returning.

This Hardware store used to be very good. My last experience there almost ended in violence with regards to an arrogant stupid individual working in the yard. I will leave that comment as is. With regards to sales staff it is very unprofessional to sit watching videos on your phone when a customer is in front of you. Remember mister branch manager people read these reviews and want service not attitude. Hardware stores are a dime a dozen these days and your store is nothing to write home about.

I recently built onto my sisters home. I was referred to Craig Matthews at Buco. Being a woman, who recently lost her husband, I had no idea of which way to turn! Craig micro managed the entire project for me. Right from handling a deposit account to managing the exact quantities and timing of deliveries of the building materials for me. His advise was invaluable! I gave him a copy of the architects plans and he took it from there. All of this was done within my budget! My advise to anyone needing a building manager or advise ... look no further than Craig Matthews at Buco Rietpan.

Place has really turned out well. Last time I was there it was YEARS ago and a bit of a dump, but this was really nice! The staff were very informative and really helped us a lot. The prices were competitive. At the door they handed the children free popcorn and sweeties! Well done Buco Rietpan! My new favorite hardware!

Some of their prices are absolutely ridiculous, but then on the other hand some of the prices are good. Remember to always shop around. Stock holding and building variety is great! Staff is really friendly and attentive. I used to be a builders warehouse customer only, but parts of that is changing.

Just phoned for pricing and had the phone put down on me mid sentence 3 times. Used to only support you guys i will now drive further to Mannis Build It, EVERY SINGLE TIME> Thanks BUCO

Absolutely shocking experience. Attempts to double debit my bank when Buco systems hang and my bank confirmed transaction was successful. Supervisor and manager do not care about service or whether customers will return or not. Left without supplies and without money.

Some employees will only point me to the required articles and I have to help myself. I am an elderly person who is not familiar with hardware and need more hands on assistance. During this period builders are closed so it is not as if Buco is do busy.

Not friendly and took a long time checking out price of an item. Too much competition to mess up.

Service inside is not bad but the staff in the yard is useless. Stood around waiting and eventually took what i paid for myself and went on my way. Then waited at security after i handed them the paper to check. They checked and went on never returning my slip so i just left
