Were there on the 1st April bad service.Came back the 5th April on our way home service terrible and we had to wait 20 min to pay woman came and asked can she help, I asked her if I may pay she said okay did not even apologized.Really terrible service.

Opens at 6:00 am! This is so convenient as its open so early and best for people heading to Capetown or other places from here. Fill in gas at Engen and have breakfast here before you leave.

Poor service, I had to walk up to order a drink, after receiving food and a half correct drink was not checked on once, waitress keeps speaking in Afrikaans when Im talking English. Wont be returning here again.

Wimpy prices are very high lately, but good service and and food taste as expected. One good thing about Wimpy; you know what to expect as well as the pricing.

In 31deg celsuis my small group of people want ice cream and milk shake at Wimpy. O machine is broken and we havent got Well I suggest a 2nd small standby machine or a walk to Spar or Pick n Pay and make a plan for the customer.

Flat cokes and a wimpy burger with no relish - dry and disappointing. On top of that, we stood at the ordering point, only to be ignored. Dont operate if you cant even get the simple things right.

Left and paid only for drinks after waiting 40mins for our food. No waiter, no excuse offered. Rather stop at Travalia Padstal...amazing roosterkoek.!!!

The waiter that gave me the menu disappeared for over 15 min until I ask for help from another waiter who was really helpful and even put my coffee for the go since I ended up running late. Will definitely check her name on my way back to mention her great customer service

Absolute best service with a smile. They go above and beyond. Try their milkshake. It is the best in South Africa. Their food is fresh and the atmosphere is so relaxing after a long drive. Well worth it.

Nice buzz there. Food is good. Toilets are clean. Parking a bit limited especially if you are pulling a trailer or caravan. Parking area is monitored by security guard. Dog feeding station is available.

Nice Wimpy, staff were friendly and the service was good. Food was great, and the coffee was good as usual. Convenient location at the Engen garage with lots of parking and a convenience store for snacks and padkos. Toilets were clean. Wimpy was clean too! No problems here.

Friendly waitress but we arrived with a whole bus full of touring scholars so had a long wait for food. Guess those are some of the school holiday sacrifices.

They were a bit slow in preparing the food. There was a power blackout in the town and it seems like the Wimpy was the only place in town with the capability to keep its doors open and to serve the customers. Staff were friendly. The food was nice when it eventually arrived at our table.

A busy stop during the holiday season Wimpy Beaufort West makes a good effort to keep friendly efficient service up as well as the franchise food standards. We usually split our team into three parts. 1) filling up at the petrol station 2) Most desperate to the loos 3) table booking and ordering. You have a few hundred km to select food and drinks for the franchise website.The loos are busy so make allowances for a longer stop than at offseason periods

Very solid wimpy standard when it comes to burgers. Didnt sample anything else. Wife ordered a cheese cake which was disappointing but I think need rate burgers

Service a bit slow. Chicken and sausages tasted like frozen cooked food that was re-heated. Food was cold. Milkshake was good.

Friendly staff, neat toilets 🚻, neat establishment, each table has a socket to charge a laptop and phone. Smoking area, play area for kids. WiFi not that good and readily available.

Poor service. Their staff do nou give proper attention to clients. You wait forever to receive a Manu and your food takes forever to come. Their staff confuse orders and are not friendly.
