Pleasantly surprised at how friendly the staff were. Chilli chicken cheese burger was great, as were the spicy chicken nuggets. Jalapeño dip was the perfect addition. They lose a star because part of the order was a coffee, and I waited 10 minutes to get this coffee. The store was not busy. The fries were very average, a bit oily and no flavour/spice. Which is odd because the nuggets were expertly fried. I would order from this branch again.

This is by far the most high tech and quickest service I have received from McDonalds. Once you enter the takeaway, you a greeted by two massive touch screens where orders can be placed effortlessly. Payment is then made by a tap or swipe of you card and within seconds the screen near the counter for collection has your order number. The host at the entrance was friendly and made good small talk whilst I waited. I shortly received my food that had the unique and yummy McDonalds taste I have come to love 🥰

The service was excellent and The person that assisted me was Andile Fumbatha, he is really Good and he is very patient with his customers and he goes out of his way to assist his customers. Whenever he is not around I can tell cause no one knows me like Him and he is always happy.

It is an awesome restaurant and i love it they got great burgers there and they are enjoyable

Received Awful Triple Chicken Burger Meal chicken Pattys old n dried out.. No lettuce on bun... Chips were ice cold n not freshly made.. Really disappointed.. Took ages to deliver.. Thought I was on for a treat.. Yeah right!!!

It was terrible experience. The workers their are not nice to the customers. They dont know the warm and kind treatment customers deserve. I recommend no one go there anymore because of their hostile behavior. I hope the owner of Macdonald sees this review and does something. There are people out there who are qualified and have nice behavior towards customers yet people who arent are hired yet they shouldnt

I went there to buy a Nazo Meal as a take-away and when I arrived at home they didnt insert the scratch card. I was so disappointed and angry because the reason I bought the Nazo Meal was because I wanted the scratch card.😠😡

Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Sandisiwe; the lady who was our cashier is the sweetest person ever, and she gave my mom and I excellent service. Thank you so much to all the staff - you are all wonderful people!

If i could i would give them 0 stars .....waited in a long Q ordered and waited so long time for food ....when i got the food the Burger was so soggy and the chips were old .....and my mother got a hair in her burger ......i am defnitley not happy with this ....mcdonalds galleria is no good

The cashier was very unfriendly, impatient and rude.This in contrast to the rest of the staff who seems very helpful.What a pity that we have to deal with the cashier first.

Not the best experience at McDonalds which was on a Thursday night at 20:30. Ordered food and received a burger which did not resemble the picture on the menu. I could have made a better meal myself........

This is the best McDonalds ive ever been in no need for ques, theres self service machines you pay then wait for an order.

Tried asking a host that walks the floor her opinion on 2 different types of McFlurrys. Her response, SHOCKING! She has never tasted a McFlurry. How are you expected to be an ambassador of a brand if you have no idea how it tastes. Guess if the staff wont try it something must be wrong with it! Wont be coming again.......

I have 5 stars for a service provided by Yanda. Without Yanda this branch would be nothing. She is basically the most welcoming, helpful and loving. Today she is off, and for the first time I was served a food without a drink and I was told that I needed to order sugar for a cappuccino separately. 🙆🏽‍♂️🙆🏽‍♂️🙆🏽‍♂️🙆🏽‍♂️ yoooh shame.

Ive been e been ordering a numerous of times and this is the first time ever Ive received such pathetic service... I placed my order at 10:40 its been more than an hour my food hasnt arrived I called 3 times to be told at my last call that the food hasnt been prepared yet cause theres only 1 driver, takes you more than an hour to call and let the customer know that the order will be late? A lady from McDonalds calls me to say shes sorry they only have 1 driver while talking to her she cuts the call on me... My airtime wasted came more than what my food total added up toWorst service experience first time from you guys

McDonalds is a fast food franchise. Food quick, standard generally same. Not any stores after Amanzimtoti for Scottburgh, Pennington etc.

Afterr waiting for a while in the queue, the cashier jumped me(black women) and service an Indian guy behind me when I asked why shes doing that she gave an attitude, I reported her to her senior who requested to pologise which she did, but she did mean it so, apology was not accepted. Its sad that in 2018 our black people still see other ethnic groups superior than black people.

I was placing the order with my collegue through drive thru at about 19:00.The lady firstly ruthlessly repeartedly asking what product we were buying and she told us with a bad attitude to move our car for another customer.When we were on the next window she called wrong order luckly we managed to correct her instantly. My collegue was very angry on such a way that she reprimanded them .

What a horrible experience we had on the first of January with our two kids we decided to go to Macdonalds Arbour Crossing. as we waiting to place our order there was this drunk man trying to pick a fight with my husband. and to put the cherry on the cake the staff thought it was hillarious. so i will not recommend any one to support macdonalds ever again we were regular customers twice a week. but never again.
