Friendly staff. Very helpful. It was a rainy day and my vehicle was parked a short distance. The member voluntarily assisted me with the packets and also checked my order with no short commings.

Absolutely wonderful staff. Went the extra mile to sort out a delivery app issue in under 10 mins. Vegetarian and vegan option was delicious. Definitely be getting food many more times from them. Thank you to the lady who sorted out the issues so quickly.

I usually love the food at tiagos however, my opinion changed yesterday when I purchased a burger from the restaurant... The burger was (smashed) - both the box and the burger which was very disappointing !!! There was no lettuce and hardly any sauce just mayonnaise... Utterly disappointed with the standards of their food. It has certainly gone downhill !!!!

Weve been seeing billboards along our journey for Tiagos, the best grilled chicken by far. Being hungry, it seems like a great excuse to try some food that we see the working-class locals eating. (This place has a lot of traffic, with cars arriving every minute or two, with a huge take-out service.) We walk in and explain to the counter staff that wed like to try a bit of each of their enthusiastically hawked flavors: lemon & herb, mild, and steaming hot Peri-Peri. Im not usually one for spicy food, because after something that burns I cant taste anything else, but I like the new spice. I would happily return for some more of each.

For when you are feeling lazy, you can get a good meal for the family that is not too expensive and the service is good too.

We used to love Tiagos and once rated it better than Nandos. But recently the size of chicken are getting smaller and smaller. This is disappointing as we no longer get value for money. I would in future really mindful of this and recommend that you be too.

Sorry guys , I witness a cheff opening a bag of sauce (big plastic bag ) with her mouth. Removing her mask, chewing of the pointed end and filling a container or marinating food. I approach the the counter sales and they only pulleded up shoulders

My breast quarter was delicious, but the service could be improved. The cashiers had a chat before serving me.

Very disappointed with the service. I ordered mild chicken strips n chips however I received hot upon complaining this was not rectified. I ended up leaving the meal and my money as they refused to refund me.

We are regulars at Tiagos Seadoone. SCHWARMA & BURGERS are delicious.My biggest compliment goes to the front ladles. Always polite friendly and apologetic .

Do not order a Schwarma as they do not know how to make this it falls apart. The Chicken was dry not really to happy.

Now this is some gooooood food people... the chicken tastes so good and the flavors are surreal... Tiagos is definitely one of my favorite fast food fixes.

Ok for take away. Only 2 tables in store and outside tables in full sun. Customer service lacking and overall standard not close to Shelly Beach branch.

Good spicy chicken and excellent recipe. How ever customer service is rigid as they werent happy to take the chicken back to cut from 4 pieces into 8 pieces. It seemed that the request was going to hinder their production line. Customer is king especially in retail.

I believe a lot in quality and there is a difference in every franchise of Tiagos, this one gets a pass on being average but the best is in Port Edward.
