No line up sysytem. No floor staff to attend to walk ins. And the older person just gets pushed back by customer saying i was in front. Best if all. During covid times. YOU HAVE A TOUCH SCREEN TABLET AT THE ENTRANCE FOR CUSTOMERS TO USE

I didnt go to vodacom.

Galleria Vodacom. Service is very poor. we have requested to open a business plan account. after all the paperwork, they still didnt submit paperwork. the lady that was helping us was always on lunch or on leave. i have all the details of the people with poor service. please work on training your staff and give them product knowledge. im still waiting for feedback!

Very helpful in assisting with my new phone. I was a little short tempered on the day, the young lady kept calm took everything in her stride, fixed what needed to be done.

I have been there 4 times and not once could they help me. Never have the phones they advertise. Staff are young and very unfriendly and unhelpfull. Service is useless, I will not be going there ever again
