Decent prices, well stocked. They need stricter covid regulations, too many people in the store at the same time. Make sure to park in the undercover parking or you are going to be harrassed by the local car gaurds on the street parking

They used to have good specials and banded short dated items at a reduced price. I saw this helped the elderly a lot. I dont see much lately. Maybe they could consider reintroducing or making certain times each day for bakery goods and letting people especially elderlyknow which days and times.

Looked good, neat and tidy. Helpful staff. Well stocked. I left before making a purchase as the lines/ queues were quiet long. Conveniently located, not sure about the parking facilities as I parked on the road. Anchor tenant in a very small shopping centre. Not bad at all.

Total discrimination towards disabled people, Isles is packed and over stock that makes it impossible for electric wheelchairs and mobility schooters to drive in. Till points have display baskets every where very hard to access it. Stock standing every where no turn area. Management dont care. Why do you think if a persone must sty in doors and pay people to handel all his requests.I also have the right to use your store SHOPRITE

Zero star rating. This store is run by extremely poor management. Cashiers are out of control. Witnessed an elderly gentleman robbed for R100 by a cashier he was rushed to pay and counted fast by the woman to throw him off only she wasnt fast enough. Cashiers are rude arrogant and have a general dont care attitude towards thier job and patrons security dispensing sanitizer just as bad.

Love this Shoprite! The staff are wonderful, and treat my family with such respect.

We go to this Shoprite frequently as their prices are the cheapest, their bakery and food section is really lovely and reasonably priced and its pleasant shopping there when its not overfull. Plus there are quite a few other handy stores there like PEP, a chemist, clothing store, shoe store, bottlestore, KFC and Tong Lok Chinese restaurant and take away store.

On Tuesday I entered the store and the oven burst into flames...a staff used the fire extinguisher to put out the flames...but I manager did nothing to caution customers...no safety drill/protocol ensued...Its was literally business as usual.

I work at galleria mall and Im able to do my shopping at all time.

Hardly anything you want. Very basic stuff. I rather go to the Galleria.

Most UNFRIENDLY tellers in SA. They do not greet you. All they say is plastic bag. When I asked lady to please handle item from bakery with caution she just threw the packets to lady packing the items in bag and I then had to ask her again not to throw the items.She did not look at me or answer me.When my husband paid he said savings account please, then she looked at me and asked saving or cheque?. WOW BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!
