Someone really needs to do something about their food. Wow! shocking ready made food. Their chicken strips are dry and sometimes hard. I just bought a burger pie there today and it was also dry and the pastry was burnt. The quality of the fruits/veg could also improve. I dont think they clear out stock thats reached its sell by date because I have been there on a few occasions where I have seen veggies looking a bit off. Especially from the pre-packed section in the coolers by the pizza shelf. I really like the store but would love to see more fresh products. Even the bakery goods are of a different quality than Galleria. I stay within walking distance from this one but for fresh products I would rather go to Galleria. Dont get me started on the fresh herbs. You guys can do better. Just lacks freshness and plain good food. Those sections need attention otherwise its not a bad shop.

While not the best checkers Ive been to. It has been good everytime Ive been to it. Out of all the branches Ive asked about vegan cheeses, this was the first one to actually have a staffer who went and found another to fully check out and tell me info on what they have.

Its always crowded but otherwise its a great store with low prices and rewards if you have the rewards card

Checkers is going down hill Ive bought multiple products that are rotten or dont taste right .... Including mould on prepackaged rolls ..and rotten chocolate slabs and more ...this isnt right you are going to cause serious illness

Checkers seadoone mall needs to get better management in the section of the supplying area, there fruits and meat products are really pathetic, food quality is getting worse. The fruits are just as bad. Only reason I go to Checkers Seadoone Mall, because I live within 800m from the shopping center.

The store dont sell any masks, the staff was nowhere to be found. When I did find a staff member that was in checers uniform to assist me she said I dont work hear, I dont know, and I am not from here then she said I must go and look for someone who can help me at the till. I was walking up to the lady at the till 2 meters away she looked straight at me. Got up and left. I had to walk to someone else. The lady who sanitized the clients hands was very nice she helped me and I was on my way. I was so glad to see a friendly face in n new and unknown place.

Love this smaller mall. Easy and quick. Good fresh produce. Good deals.

I was very impressed as to how well prepared the shop was with the Carona Lockdow restrictions. From the lady that wipes your trolley, to hand sanitizing, limiting people entering your store, more than enough till points with the needed social distancing marked out on the floor at the till points. Thank you for helping us stay safe!! One suggestion if I may? That the ladies in the bakery also wear masks. It was a pleasant shopping experience in avery stressful time.

So convenient to be able to shop until 8pm. Unfortunately some staff are not customer oriented, the worst serving at the deli. Lovely spread of cheeses. Ample parking.

It very clean and has fresh foods

The Indian lady at the front of the store is very rude. As a daily customer to be treated so badly is disappointing. Normally I go to the cig counter to buy my cigarettes then Ive noticed the lady there talks alot of stories and procrastinates alot. This morning I went in to buy stuff so I asked the lady at the express til for a packet of cigarettes she tells me I have to go to the other counter which doesnt make sense. I have to follow two lines in the same store. Then I was asked weather Im paying cash or card which wasted alot of time, only if Im paying card then the Indian lady will get the cigarettes. I said Im paying by card then when the cigarettes came I paid cash just to give that lady a taste of her own medicine. You should train your staff to be friendly and not judgemental, this encounter just ruined my whole day! I will not shop there again neither will my family. That lady was actually screaming at me. She is dark in complexion, Indian female, black hair. Just avoid her, or better yet just avoid the store I didnt deserve to be treated in that manner

I always buy my groceries there, the store is clean and always stocked but not so long ago I bought bread and the expirey day is 1 January 2020 but in just two days after I bought the bread it already started to ruin and smells funny
