Got hair in our food, once sitting down and once getting take away as well as bugs. They are such a great place, they need to up there standards again

Great food. Really great staff. I purchased a dinner and was amazing and very cost effective. Dropped my wallet outside the store and the staff had picked it up and sent me a message on facebook. Really great establishment with honest people.

First and last visit to perfect meals ... we ordered 3 meals and both that got the burgers ended up with 2 day food poisoning. It was a terrible experience

2nd time having a issue with their take a ways. 1st with MrD from them and today I was there personally. Service is the worst I experienced there in a long time. Manager (thin one) dont care about complaints. 5 staff standing around and 1 makes all the food. Lasagne was dry and pathetic.

Worst service ever. Rude manager. Bought curry & Rice as take away. Was ice cold and not even a spoon of curry mince with whole potatoes in. Waited 40 minutes and when asked about the food it was like we never ordered!
