A gross display of incompetence from wimpy albertoncitys management!!!I have always loved my experience at this wimpy their food is amazing and their service is even better.I couldnt be more dissapointed that a place with such great service has too falsify their reviews, Today I over-heard a manager tell one of her personal aquintances to leave a review specifically targeted at her, specifically worded- she went through further details about what should be said and how it should be said.I can hardly imagine why, because I come here often and Ive never once had an experience- where this woman is not screaming at one of the waiters from the table by the door, as if none of the costumers enjoying their meals would hear her.The energy of this place is so lively, me and my family love coming here. My oldest daughter has a crush on one of the waiters so we never hesitate for the occasional visit too their favorite restaurant.I wish i didnt witness this as now i question every good review I read about this place even though I know the service is great.So in the spirit of fairness I chose to leave this review because I hope that the credit goes to everyone who is involved in making albertoncity my families favourite wimpy.However, I think My family and I will have visit New Market mall from now on as I could not possibly allow my Children around such a covetous example of Leadership.

I usually buy my lunch from a different branch of wimpy but because I was in alberton mall I decided out of conveinience to order from alberton mall wimpy, upon arrival back at work, I found, a burger patty that was dry and shrunk, about 3 tiny onion rings that looked like they were scrapped off the bottom of the pan from the day befores meals hidden underneath the tiny patty, a drop of relish ontop of the tiny patty, dried over fried bacon, which was also very small, a chip portion for a person on a diet.... just a very sad looking and tasting meal. Wont be ordering there again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Food and beverages moderately priced. Since lockdown, menu options were reduced but still good.

Iv never been this disappointed wth the service of wimpy alberton c8tyordered a meal. Delivered wth the wrong amount told me the prises have changed ordered something else on my budget again and it seem like they jus dd the order where annoyed by me asking the manager the order cnt take longer the 1 hour in the same mall

Worst place ever! I ordered takeaway salads and youd swear they were running out of ingredients. Tiniest portions with old tomatoes, pitty I only saw it when I got home and couldnt drive back. Terrible how you treat customers
