Good food with beautiful views. Just make sure to book before 9:30am, to get the entry fees to the Botanical Garden waived.

View was beautiful.Service was very slow and sloppy, almost all our orders came out wrong for breakfast, bill was charged incorrectly. Food was really below average, overall disappointing

Good value for money. Signature burger was big, but patties (2) was dry and tasted burned. The chips was perfect. Other dishes was great.

Beautiful setting and fantastic breakfast

We booked x2 for the Sunday Buffet Lunch, 28th February. Bad mistake, but who knew at the time. We were told to sit on the stoep in the blazing 37c sun. I asked if we could sit inside at a small table by the door which just happened to have my name on a card because we had booked. My waitron Renaldo failed to mention this. We queued for the Buffet. The food was unattractive and the portions were small. On returning to the table my partner had to ask for cutlery, on my return I asked for salt and pepper. The waitron I asked was totally stunned and went looking for Renaldo. A 5 minute conversation between the two of them yielded no salt or pepper. I asked for a side plate again waitron in a state of shock. How can you put a persons name on a booked table but no cutlery, condiments or side plates? My food was cold, my tiny sliver of beef as tough as a vrot veltskoen, and my piece of chicken raw to the bone. I called for the manager (what she managed Im not exactly sure) and showed this poor excuse for a meal and raw chicken. She was full of apologies. I told her I was not paying for such a disgusting meal and poor service. At this time, we have only been here about 40 minutes our, dare I say waitron asked, would you like any drinks? My partner was also no impressed with the food but having eaten more than me I paid for her meal, R180!! Yes you read right. Take a tip from me if this is one of the best restaurants then Worcester you have very low expectations. Venues such as this are the reason that Fast Food outlets are so successful. Renaldo you are not to blame here, you are young and just starting out. It is a pity that you do not have the guidance and attention to detail from a good mentor. Even more so bad management. Kokerboom your staff, food, waitron service and attention to detail require a major overhaul. Believe me, I have been in Hospitality for 40 years so I have a little bit of knowledge on the subject.

We had a function on Saturday for a group of 23 people. The management proactively planned for the event and the waiters organisation to effectively cater for such a groups a la carte orders were wonderful. The food was of great quality and the botanical garden is a feast for the eyes this time of year. Definitely a big thumbs up for this venue from our side!

Giving one star is honestly selling it too high, if I could give them no stars I would. The food was terrible and grossly overpriced. The service was terrible and when I went to complain about it to the chef he had a horrible attitude and showed me no respect. The cutlery and crockery was dirty and I am honestly disgusted. My waiter (a young man no older than 18) was also very disrespectful and I was very shocked when he spilled half of my drink as he slammed it on the table. I am NEVER going there again and would not refer that you go there unless you had a gun pointed against your head.
