Received excellent service from the Build it team who phoned me back as soon as new stock came in that was on special and cut glass to size, when I arrived everything was ready to pay. Well done team!

I LIVED IN WORCESTER FOR MANY YEARS AND WORKED FOR BUILD IT IN THE GARDEN ROUTE AND WHEN I APPROACHED BUILD IT IN WORCESTER THEY SAID THEY DONT EMPLOY WHITE PEOPLE THERE.I WAS SO DISGUSTED AND FELT SO UNCOMFORTABLE. WORCESTER BUILD IT PLEASE REMEMBER LOTS OF PEOPLE ARE LOOKING FOR WORK.

I dont know where theses reviews come from, Probably the staff. I have been there a few times and every time its a disappointment. Staff make you pay for products and when you go to collect there are none in stock and they take a week to return the money. cashiers very unfriendly actually rude when I asked about their cement. When I got to the yard nobody was seen I had to go to the elderly man in his office where he saw me needing assistance, he then called a worker from the resting room to assist.

This is the best hardware store I ever went to that has everything I needed..the staff was always there to help... only thing I didnt like was as someone visiting from New York..I didnt come to steal..I came with Alot of money..but the Lady sercurity guard was constantly following me around..like I was gonna put a 2 by 4 down my pants.. its very annoying and unprofessional...the sercurity guard.. didnt smile not once..or never said anything.. just following me around the entire store.. when I come to spend money.. Not sure if I will go back
