Most of the time there is nobody, but nobody to assist. They walk past you...and the gardening centre you wait, the manager calls and you wait. Last week for the first time in their existence in Worcester I manage to get a lovely friendly chap to assist in the garden centre.

Friendly staff sanitiz customers on arrival Clean and spacious isles with good air conditioning. Great variety of DIY products, plants, compost and gardening equipment.

No sales person on floor. They advertise on the netthat they have stock of certain items/ products but when you arrive at their premises to purchase the said product,you have to find a salesman and then ask him where the product is. He cannot give an explanation. Worthy note:Check the prices on the shelves as it may differ when you check out.

I was unable to enter. They wanted me to wipe my very expensive new bike gloves with a covid cloth. Please explain the insanity! Went to BUCO instead and got personalized service at better prices. 😉😁😁😁😁 Spent more than a grand there

Im quite some ways away but the lady on the phone, Reeva, was so helpful, very compassionate to the issues I was facing and directed me over the line as to the exact process and codes to the parts I needed to purchase. It took a while for somebody to assist me with a heavy item to be moved from the shelf to the till. I needed to ask for help at the tills before somebpdy eventually make an appearance to help me, despite me asking for help from one of the guys in the aisles.

Understocked and understaffed - not once over the years has a sales assistant asked me whether they could assist me with finding what Im looking for.If youre in a rush it may be faster to drive out to a hardware shop in Stellenbosch or Paarl.

I usually find everything I need for DIY projects, craft projects, art projects and garden projects. I also shop in the pet aisle and the cleaning materials aisle as there are often well priced goods available. The staff are helpful, but one needs to look for them when the store is busy. With the diversity of goods on sale, I can forgive the staff for not knowing the answers to all my questions, and I give them full points for trying to help.

Honestly, there are a few people on the floor that are ok, but most of them are incompetent and completely untrained. If you are working in a plumbing section and dont know what a washing machine pipe looks like, you either need proper training or a different job. Also, retail means customer service and that is almost non-existent
