The staff was out of this world, I had to return an item that I bought from Woolworths and the return item was handled in the best way possible, no questions ask and I did decide to take another pair and not my money.

The people who work there are always friendly and helpful. Love going there because of the great atmosphere between the staff and good quality food products.The WW shop itself has most of the basics and good quality products. The food sections layout isnt great though. Too small and the layout reduces movement space even more.Clothing section is okay. It doesnt have a large variety, and it appears to be just for a selected target market.The home section is super small, and a bit hidden away. Would love it if there were a bigger selection.

This branch have very friendly as well as helpful staff. The staff are always nearby to help if you should need it. The variety of clothes are great and the store is always clean and well stocked. If you should need something that is not in stock they are very helpful in ordering it for you. In the food department the variety of food is great and always fresh and neat. Your hands are always sanitized when you enter the store and they obey the Covid regulations which is great to see during this time. The quality of food as well as clothes is very good and its worth it to pay more for better quality. Shopping in this store is a very good experience and I would recommend visiting them, it is always a pleasure shopping in this branch. During busy times they ensure that there are enough cashiers to help the customers, this ensure that you dont have to wait in line for long. The only recommendation I would have is that online shopping be available for pickup in store for the times you would like to buy something from them that isnt available in store or after hours.

Pathetic! I wanted a dress, but they didnt have my size and said they can get one from another store way before the date i needed it.I called 6 days later only to find out they forgot. They promised to get the dress in time, but they kept blaming the people at the other stores. Never got the dress, still waiting for them to let me know

Firstly i have to compliment the staff. They make you feel welcomed and are above friendly. They make you feel like old friends. The selection of items are good. Store is near, tidy and organised.

Woolies was well stocked. Just couldnt get onion sprinkles. Wine sales were closed as it was Sunday.

As a self confessed Woolworths addict, I gave to admit I was disappointed in this store. Having driven all the way from a town 60kms away, which has no Woolworths store, for an item advertised as being on promotion, only to get there and there are virtually no sizes and colours to choose from. Come on Woolworths, you can do better than that! Not impressed at all! After chatting with one of the store staff, who suggested that I call them to hold an item for me next time, Im prepared to forgive them, this time 😉

This store have loads of variety. The online store however does not impress me much. I ordered and paid for 2 items. Only one item was in stock and received. It has been almost 2weeks and I have not received my refund yet. When I mailed the Woolies online team they said my bank (ABSA) should return the funds, yet still no joy. Not the difference I was expecting.
