I received a SMS that my TV is finished with repairs I can come pick it up at Game Worcestee. Went to Game 4 days later and no TV! Wasting my time and money. Had to drive 140 km drive to Game for nothing. I dont understand that. How in earth do tou play with people like that, how can the system say the item is there but in store they say it is not there yet, i also Talked to a lady called Carrol Ann and she promised to give feedback the same day. Guess what, 2 days later and still nothing!! I demand the TV to be delivered to my Door, for all the effort i wasted on them, really bad experience and i would always tell people why NOT to go to Game Store Worcester, Western Cape. Its really unacceptable!!

Cashier at till 5 Pamela helps staff first. We arrived at the till she saw us but first helped GAME staff to pay for their things then only helped us.

Always nice to browse the aisle.Hardware section is always particularly interesting.I can plan what i would like to buy and compare to what i already have.In the sports section it is nice to test the equipment and to see the difference between the items.Pumping some weights and fooling around with the camping chairs is also a good past time.

Why is there even a contact number if nobody answers the phone?!

Stock on shelf without any price labels, male personnel having their own meeting at the tv section, laughing and making jokes, but not assisting customer, i went to purchase an openview decoder, but no price, so I left the store without it,The personnel should really know working in retail, customer service is your actual job

I visited the shop to buy some patio chairs. There were a big variety to choose from. The problem was that only a few of the chairs were priced and nobody in attendance to help with the other prices. Standing around for 10 minutes, I was offered help by someone passing by with a trolley. He went to fetch a scanner, scanned the 4 different chairs I was interested in, and left. I did buy 2 chairs. The price and quality was good. The customer servise was not.

Poor service. No one answers the phone. Going shopping elsewhere

Local game store, service was good , but store was quiet, unfortunately I guess due to Covid 19.

We wanted to lay buy a tv for my parents we were approached by a very energetic guy. Assistance was good but he was trying to deal with us and another customer that he finished first because that customer paid cash... Otherwise service was not exceptional but good

You always have to look for assistance, sometimes the staff dont look eager to help. Believe me it happens at all Game stores Ive visited.

Well stocked and priced, but can be hard to find a staff member to help you at times. Edit *I now changed my review to one star, as customer service is pretty much non existent in this store. I have since walked out of this store as I was waiting for 45 min for a staff member to help me with an appliance I wanted to buy. This person was called by phone, fetched by other staff, and still no show. Found out he was taking a smoke break afterwards. Seems nobody else are willing to help in any department other than their own. I can honestly say I am so done with this store, and will never buy anything there again. I can only imagine if it is this hard to give them my money, how hard it will be to get a problem resolved should it arise. If you want to buy an appliance, go to Leaders instead. Much better service and quality.

Black Friday was and still is a mess, nowhere to walk, no staff to assist, keeping the real specials at the back

Really bad, lazy rude staff on their cellphones and lying about not having products because they are too lazy to show you where the items are. Manager is too lazy to actually bother to come and talk to a client who has a query

I wanted to buy an portable aircon and asked where they are so I can see them. They only had one in stock and could not show me because of no display and was only willing to Wright it up for me without saying what it costs. What the brand is etc etc. I just walked out as its all things I want to know when buying an item

The team members needs to be friendly at all times more especially at Game Mountain Mill Worcester, those team members there are most of the time grumpy, dont even greet you. Seems like they are depressed or do not want to be there or whatever the case might be they must pull them selves together because we as customers notice that and its not a nice experience to shop where theres a tension, the reception is not so welcoming. Also, Game Mountain Mill Worcester must try not to classify the customers because we can feel and see that. Everyone is the same and all money we buy with is the same. Also fix your price info, sometimes its a hassle and very unprofessional to run around the shop because of incorrect prices. Thats all for now.

Your announcer made it an unpleasant day. From anouncining from 100 min to shop till we closed continued verbatim. People comeingbinwere told 60 min 55 min on and on and on. If he so not wanted to not be THERE, then go home. Returns were great. Friendly. But no specials just count down till close in a not nice way. Play back video

My favorite shop in Worcester Mountain Mill Mall.....Fantastic service.

Nice and clean but alot of items do not have the price tags on it and the bar code scanner where you could see what the item costs before going to the checkout has been removed. Frustrating to try and get someone to help you every time

Here and there a friendly helpful staff member. Most of the time service is bad and we cant find what we are looking for.

When it comes to returning or taking a product in for repairs they are sloppy. More than once now we had to take a TV in for repairs and we end up waiting 30 minutes for one employee whos taking their time. Disappointed!

Always one to two tills open. And when peoole go into a store room to check for stock they never come back.
