******Tygervalley Branch......Vida e Cafe... . Huge oooops moment I experienced and could show the lady ..... apologised and replaced my product immediately. No big deal, no fuss.. no drama. Happy I could point it out, in wuietcand subtle way without anyone else hearing it which could had alarmed clients unnecessary. Accidents happen to all. Hope it raises awareness, hope it was mentioned to her fellow workers to be attentive to such possibilities. Last thing you want on your list especially during what is called, Covid.*******Breede Branch on N1....Months ago.... there was a little messy road kill served instead of the beauty which I fo buy there regularly. I experience their carrot cake the best in the Western Cape.Approached management with necessary evidence. My luck, everytime I pass, always out of stock to replace the offered.2 weeks ago, I was in luck. I had the lady with me whom I purchased the best for, which turned out to had been a disappointing road kill.I also at this point had the opportunity to meet the Management personally.They were as delighted to resolve and replace as I was to at last pass the experience on to the lady..... we were blessed with 2 slices as this is like a year later.It was very nice, to say the least, to compliment us with 2 slices. WE THANK THEIR HOSPITALITY and complimentary portion.I wish to add, the quality was as good as before. It was never the quality which was in question. However what it was, was. I am sure it is taken care of and will not be repeated as that was resolved by their word.Looking foreword to my next experience in October, its so good, hope they in stock, the best is always sold out quickly.Blessings

Good, friendly and fast service with great coffee. Love the greenery - potplants, hanging plants and a vine-covered pergola outside with lovely mountain views. Clean spacious toilets too. A pleasant place to take a break.

Delicious coffee (as always) and yummy toasted chicken and mayo sandwhiches! Great stop for those long and cold road trips!

Whichever one I go to, the coffee is always great! Had a grande cappuccino with a croissant bun - great start to my morning.

DO NOT SERVE MUFFINS THAT ARE OLD!!!! I had a muffin the day before at another Vida e in cape town and it was amazingly soft, hence the reason I opted for this at the Vida in Worcester when I stopped today. Needless to say the service is poor and the muffin was average at best.
