Delicious freshly picked and made burgers, tremazannis and salads. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating for families, couples or friends. There are also nice outdoor seating options with cushions which are pet friendly.Ordered a nice gin and tonic which had a chilli and rosemary twist. Lots of bottled beers on the menu but they were out of gas for draft beer.The swartvlei burger was chicken whereas the hoekville was beef, bacon and blue cheese. It was not overwhelming and very subtle. Served with nice big chips and a small side of creamy cabbage coleslaw.Would come back and recommend it to anyone passing through or in the area. Just watch out for the cute monkeys.

What a great spot! We found Zucchini entirely by accident when pulling over to look for a bakery just outside of Sedgefield. The staff were fantastic, the food delicious and generous, and the vervet monkeys were hilarious (just please dont feed them). Highly recommend their burgers and juices.

This place is a little hidden gem in the Garden Route!! My husband is a George local and he always just drove by this little village of shops and eating places and I convinced him to stop to look! The food was definitely South African which we loved! The vibe was also great and we will be back.

I’ll start from the good things:The carrot, orange & ginger juice was excellent!The Baked Camembert was nice.The service was good as well.However the main courses were terrible!I had a chiken burger and my BF had the most expensive meal - Fillet of beef.The Midum preparing looks like it was well done! The burger was tasteless and dry.Quit. Disappointing :/

A nice place to stop for lunch if you are on the road. It combines modern decor with nature to provide a high class but laid back experiance.

We did not actually manage to eat here: Zucchini is closed (despite the website saying otherwise) and we were rather rudely directed to Pause who is offering the Zucchini menu. At Pause the waitress only offered to help after we wandered around aimlessly for a while (all large tables were occupied, but most with only 2 people). She was clearly uninterested in our business, pointing to a table inside (which we didn’t want because of Covid) and then one in the full sun. Very offhand and unhelpful, so we left.

Attended a Christmas lunch here. We experienced poor customer service. The wait staff were scrambling to attend to all the tables which led to very slow and inattentive service.Although the food was delicious our experience was further damaged due to being overcharged for 6 extra drinks that we didn’t even order. When querying the fault with the waiter he quickly changed our bill without hesitation but had we not checked - we would have been overcharged. Also beware they automatically put a 10% tip on to your bill - perhaps this was just for Christmas Day, however a tip should be based on a reward for service provided not a mandatory obligation for your patrons even though the service was poor.

Nice surroundings and food is quite good. We have been there in the evening so all nearby small art shops were closed. There is a nice playground nearby though.

Joined for Xmas lunch and really enjoyed the atmosphere. Food was delicious and plentiful (buffet). This is the 2nd Xmas we have chosen to join the Zucchini team for lunch.

We usually sit outside but decided to have coffee on the couch inside. It was extremely dusty. To a point my husband had to leave due to his allergies. I was very disappointed. Coffee very good as usual.

Yummy food and great ambiance. Couple of years back, we came across the restaurant with a bad case of food poisoning- they kindly made us toast- something that you cant order separately on the menu. I will always think fondly of them for that reason. Sans food poisoning- the beef tongue and pastas are to die for! Nice vino list as well. Come with some spare time to walk through the other shops in the Timberlake Organic Village.

Service was lovely but the food was not so good. Everything oily, over cooked and slightly off. The cheese starter was nice though

If you like going somewhere quiet for dinner this is the place. It’s pretty busy during the day but most nights it’s a wonderful spot to go have a glass of wine by the fire on the couches or a good dinner. I have been going here on a regular basis for dinner and always feel relax and not over crowded when we go. If you sit outside watch out for the monkeys they are not afraid to grab something while you are looking away!

We were fortunate enough to attend a 50th birthday bash. The whole restaurant was booked out for the celebration. The snacks and deserts were divine. It was a Cocktail party and a fantastic time was had by all. Old and young got down on the dancefloor. Highly recommended.

Arrived here to have a bite and a beer. Seated ourselves, overlooked by at least 3 wait staff. Had to approach a staff member to ask for a menu. Quite surprised when a small group of patrons walked in a short while later and were immediately welcomed, seated and served. Doesnt strike me as a place that welcomes diversity. Left to have a meal elsewhere instead.In response to reply: Thank you for your response. I did not complain about my wait time for my drink or how you took my order, I thoroughly enjoyed my Darling draught. If I can walk into other restaurants during a busy lunch period and be welcomed, seated and served like the group of patrons that arrived shortly after us, I wouldnt have had to seat myself, come over to you or ask you for service. Being a busy restaurant over lunch cannot be the issue because you were able to timeously welcome, seat and serve the patrons I mentioned earlier - so it was evident that you could deal with how busy it was, no? Since you have access to your footage - please see where we entered, walking in the straight line of sight of 3 of your wait staff inside, including you. Please let me know how long I waited to come to you and ask for service, compared to the amount of time it took you to provide service to the patrons that walked in shortly after us through the front door. Hearing feedback about diversity is hard, but necessary, and when met with defense... well, case in point I guess.

What a nice experience. The Zucchini restaurant offers different seeting areas depending on the weather. The service was great and the menu was very intersting. The food was very tasty. I would certainly recommend it to family and friends
