This is a great Wimpy, definitely a place that I will be visiting soon hopefully, my only gripe is the condition of the upholstery of some of the seats...otherwise its a great place to enjoy a great coffee and a meal

Not great. Food over cooked, very long waiting time to get your dish at your table... it appears that personnel are not trained.20 minutes at the till to be able to pay... a challenge to your patience.

Visited wimpy in Wellington, the waitress was an absolute pleasure to have. And the menu was fairly new and was super impressed by it. The food was delicious. Basically everything about this place was pleasant, neat and welcoming

Very Bad Service - Wimpy WellingtonOn Sunday 08th March 2020, on our way travelling home from our holiday destination we decided to stop at Wimpy in Wellington for brunch. We were a party of 10 people, 8 adults and 2 children. When we arrived at the door we noticed that they were rather busy which I totally understand. But we stood at the counter waiting to be assisted for more than 10 minutes. We had waiters walking passed us. Waiters standing at the counter, probably ringing up orders and not one of them took the time to acknowlegde us and say that they will attend to us shortly. It takes literally 1 minute to look away from your PC and just say, good morning, I will attend to you shortly but none of thay happend. We were so irritated with the service that we left and rather went to Spur a few kilometers away where we were greated with warm smiles and friendly faces and excellent service. Honestly, I would not recommmend anyone to go to Wimpy in Wellington. I am not from the area and if that is the kind of welcome vistors get in the area, Id rather stay away.

Not great place at all... service slow, waitress thought she is funny when she messed up! No toilet paper in bathroom and when asked for toilet paper and went back in after my food still no toilet paper. My cream soda drink came after my food was served... what is up with that???Needs better management for sure!!!

Perfect stop for a quick meal or breakfast. There is a lot if parking and easy access to the restaurant. Close to some shops for shopping afterwards or before. The staff isn always friendly and service is really quick.

The burgers taste sinteties and chips is the worst the took 1 hour with 2 veggie burgers and one original burger. The employees are not friendly at all. I would not recommend this to anyone

Just a stop for quick coffee, not much to comment, but coffee was awesome as usual. Very peaceful and service always a winner at Wimpy. Staff is always eager to help.

No one at the door to escort you to a table as per norm. No service after 10 minutes, might as well have been invisible. Waiters arguing in public about serving tables. Another 20 minutes just for coffee to arrive. Worst experience at a Wimpy ever!

Wellington Wimpy - if there was a option for a zero that would be it. Not only did we wait almost two hours for our food, there was no to none service. Normally a huge fan of a wimpy but yeah everything went horribly wrong with this one.
