There is always a delay with service. Service not up to standard. Most of the time only one person serving... the other lady standing at the door with sanitizer although there is a self help sanitizing station. Utterly disgusted. Supposed to be quick and convenient for us working folks but really a waste of time. Could have done your cooking at home in that time

Hi so i was there today at just before 9 got a meal for myself and after driving to paarl and then home. I opened my dinner to find only half of my meal was there i was really upset and now its just to far to go back and Im just so disappointed so i do not recommend.

We were travelling through the town and stopped here for food.Due to Covid protocols we had to queue outside first and that is to be understood.However, my wife and daughter could not access at the same time which added to the time it took for us to get our food.This was just very frustrating.

I went to buy kfc Wednesday morning. Worse ever. I could taste it was the day before chips and chicken. It was cold, horrible.This is not the first time!

The staff wasnt the friendliest of people.very arrogant, they have no bathrooms for guests.

Closed while a few of us were standing outside. Perhaps they could communicate their closing times within the lockdown situation.

Friendly service and an air conditioned respite from the Wellington heat. And dont forget the soft serve cones. Plenty of parking nearby, a good place to to head after shopping at the center.

Service delivery isnt always great. Some staff members are really great with their customer services skills while other simply does not care (including but not limited to the manager). The meals served are however quite good and always well done

The pieces are sometimes not crispy enough, but the general quality of the food is good. I frequent this branch during my road trips. Sadly the drive through is ALWAYS slow and backlogged, with vehicles standing as far back as the parking lot.

The food was absolutely fantastic. Staff were super friendly. Only problem was there are no restrooms available. Other than that, really worth going to if youre hungry for KFC.

Chicken did not taste like the usual KFC, our colonel burgers were tough and chips over cooked, never seen a chicken beast that had been cut too size, literally half a small chicken breast, rather expensive for such a small meal.

Services have greatly improved now. Keep improving guys. Dont give up!

My favourite KFC in SA. KFC is a staple in my household as its easy, convenient and cheap. This specific KFC has warm and friendly staff and the drive through is an absolute breeze. Keep it up KFC Wellington (at BP)

The worst Colonel burgers I ever bought. Total waste of my money. Dried out chicken. The edges of the chicken was as hard as a rock. As senior citizens we cant afford to waste our money on something uneateable. Discrace. Last time KFC Wellington will ever see us again. Will also inform all the residents living in the retirement village.
