I have a query - Ordered 1 Spicy Hake Pot Order Number 52 @ Three Rivers Fish Away + 1 More Spicy Hake Pot Order Number 72. When at Home we found that we received Calamari and Rice in both orders. Im not happy with this kind of service at all.

We ordered today the lady on the phone was sweet. But the delivery man was very rude did not greet nothing. The fish and calamari was delicious but the chips was raw and not that nice. I ordered creamy lemon sous but instead got melted butter. R500 not the quality i thought i am getting..

Terrible service, rude staff, ordered telephonically only to find that my order wasn’t placed. Proceeded to wait for my order and got food with no serviettes or condiments. Wouldn’t recommend

Waiting more than 1hour 30 minutes for my order to be delivered and no call centre or anyone can help me, they just transfer the call and no one pics up. Very disappointed!!!!!!!

We have placed an order for 3 people more that an 2 hours ago and it has still not arrived. the bad part is it is abour 2 km to our office and we are regular customers. Sfter 3 calls I was notified that the order is on its way but 20 min later still nothing. I would like to speak to a manager.

Always wait more than an hour for a meal. Food is always cold and food is so little for so much money. We only order from fish aways because so little places deliver with a card facility And then you have to pay a delivery fee as well. Absolutly hate this place.

Ver poor service...placed a order and when I got to the store they told me that they are out of fishcakes. After waiting for more that 15 minutes I might add . Also the lady next to me had to place a new order after she also placed an order on the phone and was told when she got there they where out of stock . Sorry sorry they went over to checkers to buy calamari or prawns not sure wich one exactly ( told by the cashier). Close your doors if you dont have stock

I dont even want to give this place a star, they dont even deserve 1. Time and time again my orders are late or I order online half an hour in advance and get there, they arent busy but Im told my order isnt ready only to wait another half an hour? Three rivers fish aways is skimpy with their portions and the service is absolutely terrible.

Did not get what I ordered.Instead of grilled hake I was served fried hake

Very bad service and timing, to top it all they are very very stingy with their potions. Its basically a waste of money and time. They really dont deserve any star at all.
