Terribly concerned about her capabilities as an optometrist. I have gone to her multiple times in a space of 2 years just to find out from another optician I had a cataract older than 2years that needed urgent high risk surgery. I am appalled that she didnt notice/mention this in the time I have been there. Although she is friendly, I doubt she is capable of expert advice.
