On entering Sujees optometrists I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff. Although this was my first visit I was attended to immediately by a very helpful staff member. My eye examination was very thorough and the machinery was technologically advanced. On speaking to the optometrist Mr Sujee, I realized he had a vast knowledge in his field where he had given me a detailed explanation on the conditions of my eyes. The examination continued in the second room where he tested the strength of my eyes. Thereafter, I was assisted by a very helpful staff member to choose a frame. I left Sujees optometrist feeling satisfied that I achieved my purpose in being there.

My husband Shaun Senders needed to go for an eye test and needed glasses.Ive told him to go to Sujees.Off course he asked me why them? I told him.. Just try them.Well.... He loved the place. Very neat and great set up.Very friendly staff. All of the staff greeted us and made us feel home.The eye test equipment... Wow wow wow.Very modern.Dr very friendly and explained everything nice and clear to us.We went there the Tuesday, that Friday theyve called that we can collect the glasses.Weve already recommended a few people to them. Most friendly and best optometrist in the Vaal with realissctic prices

Like always Sujees Optometrists never disappoints. Oakley is like a must have, cant go without brand in my house and by accident I damaged my Oakley sunglasses and I was devastated. I took it to Sujees on the 2nd/3rd June 2021 hoping for the best but unfortunately it could not be repaired in house and they had to order a new frame (luckily the glasses wasnt damaged) and notified me that it would take up to 6 weeks waiting for the frame from overseas. To my surprise they phoned me this afternoon with the absolutely amazing news that my Oakleys are ready for collection. Best service and the friendliest of personnel you will ever find.

Got told from my grandfather Willem Ebersohn that the service was amazing and that he would recommend going here to anyone that he knows, very pleased with the service and everything that they do there. Keep it up !

This optometrist is the best I have ever been to and Ive been to a few. All the ladies are professional and extremely helpful. They even crack a joke with you afyer they had a long day.Then the service and eye checks is definitely something from another world. Its machines and monitors. Very interesting...Dr Sujee takes his time to explain everything nicely to you, even checks your lashes!!! Which is apparently very important not only for looking pretty😄I can surely say that I am a forever fan.Thank you team for your dedicated lovely service....Ps.... Consultation was a pleasure but expect long waiting periods to finally get your glasses.I phoned the receptionist daily and was told that my glasses will be ready to be collected the following day every time, first in the morning and once morning has passed I was told in the afternoon, it has now been 8 days since my appointment and I am still being told that my glasses are coming the next day, even though I have kindly mentioned that today is the last day I can collect my glasses.There was no effort from their side to find out from the labs when they can expect the glasses but only a “the glasses aren’t ready yet” answer each time.I hope that they can improve their customer service and find out specific dates in which patients can expect to receive their glasses.
