Please treat your security lady with dignity as I was concerned that the poor lady does not have a chair and she had to stand most of the time

Bad service. Cashiers have bad attitude and have no idea of what they are doing. Lack of customer service around the shop. No manager available. Supervisor are not willing to help and customer complains. I am disgusted by the service. Just because they are dealing with students they feel no need to give good service. I feel sorry for students and people who buys in that store. The cashier have the nerve to tell customers to pack their own groceries. Sis!

It was very unpleasant.I was there to do some grocery shopping and I was rushed because the staff had to knock off.The white ladies who were there with us werent rushed off.I hated their customer service and the way they talked to my husband.I always do my grocery shopping there but today was just unpleasant for me.Me and my Husband will have to resort to other markets.

Have more variety of options and products that one doesnt get in the other Pick n Pays, Pick ń Pay Hypermarket has Great Specials and discounts on more products that one needs than the other Shops and Good Castomer services. Please keep it up

The Till operater who assisted me had a very bad attitude, she charged me for a carry bag but gave my items without it. I had to ask for it she said she didnt charge I had to show her the till slip for her approval eventually she just it to me NO apology nothing.

No sales person on the floor by the appliances. Waited 30 min for the supervisor to show to override a price on Saturday. Was supposed to deliver our fridge on Tuesday. Waited the whole day for them. They forgot to deliver. Every couple of months the store is smaller and smaller. This explains why. The little Spar down the road has a better selection and way better customer service.

One stop shop for your needs. But be prepared to wait in line due to shortage of till staff..

Poor service generally. A whole hypermarket, few tills get opened. Express till isnt express at all. Slow!Veggie and fruit section area i mostly find no-one attending to it to weigh.Today i bought reduced to clear item, (toy) and barcode was torn off. till person, was refusing to scan saying barcode was not there so i cant buy . I had to tell her its not my fault, i want to buy it so sort it. Such poor customer service! 😏

Bad. I bought a dress in potchefstroom. When i wanted to return it at bedworth park they refused to refund it. The lady said that they could not refund it because they do not have stock of the same dress if they can not sell it then they would have to put it on sale. Therefore i have to drive back to the town where i did the purchase. They did not even check on their system if an other pic a pay on the vaal triangle has stock. Service is pathetic

Not enouhh tills open. All tills have more than 8 to 10 people waiting. Extremely slow service. Have always been a problem here.
