There are helping guys in store that helps customers to get the correct stuff and etc. I got special help from guy 28.The stuff is friendly, they also allow customers to change products and also cash back. They are highly appreciated.

Fairly large Mica Store where you should find what you are looking for. Try their fire wood for the winter and their Sekelbos braaiwood for the summer. They also sell Kameeldoring Braai wood.

Always a great place to go especially with their new building. Ive always received help when i need it and the people working there have always been friendly. However there has only been one or two occasions where the product I need is out or stock.

I have visited Mica Three Rivers about 5 or 6 times in the past 10 days and I received good advice from staff that immediately asked to assist me. On Saterday it took 20min to pay and to receive my stil from the moment the cashier started to help me and I only had 4/5 items. This afternoon all of the cashiers were busy with cashup 17:05 while the doors were open. I ended up leave my items and walked out the store. The female manager assisting the cashiers are so busy liking herself and talking BS to the cashiers over the past few days when I visited the store instead of assisting the cashiers. Most of the staff stand around in the store talking instead of offering assistance to the paying customers. You find item but the next is out of stock so you end up going to another anyway. I will never visit the store again. If you need any hardware, do youself a favor and visit Hardware Inc. They offer Excellent service and a solution if you are not sure, always willing to offer assistance before you had to ask. The best part is the price, they are 30% cheaper on all their items compared to Mica.

Beautiful new nice big store and the person assiting me forgot he was busy with a client and I ended up standing there waiting for prices for 20min Went looking for him and my wife spoted him hanging around the powsr tools relaxing.. In General I dont like bad reviews so I just wont be visiting them again. Ever.

I paid a visit to the new premisses yesterday and tody. The reason fot the lower rating is probabaly unfair, but due the fact that they are still trying to unpack their stock and sort it the correct shelves etc makes it difficult to locate what you looking for and what it costs. As a visitor to Drie Riviere I can only tell you of my impression. I am sure that with stock that is available it appears that will soon reach their targeted goal.

The staff at the shop has good customer service, but the shop does not have a lot of variety.... Though the prices are not bad the options in terms of items leaves much to be desired. I can recommend the store for those small items if you need material for those quick weekend DIY projects...

Absolutely disgusted with this store.You walk into the store to hear the f word being used over and over by the lady staff in front. My child looked up at me and said Do you hear how they are swearing!?Then I walk around the store aimlessly for a little while more looking for someone to help me. Eventually I walk back to the manager to ask if he can perhaps advise on what I need. He walks with me, has no idea what to advise and points randomly at other items.He then proceeds to ask another guy who follows with more blank looks and has no idea what I am speaking about.Tell me Mica Three Rivers, how can a HARDWARE STORE have staff that cannot even advise on how to seal a concrete pot! Incompetence at its finest!I would like to apologise to the last man who tried to stop me as I decided to leave the store. But my faith had already been lost and I did not feel like explaining for a third time and receiving more blank looks.To the lady with the brightly coloured hair who works in front. Watch your language at work lady. You are the first impression I had of Mica. It was not a good one.

Friendly service every one want to help you. Large amount of hardware parts. Do have LP gas and can refill 9Kg gas bottels. No more parking problem. ☺

Although the staff is most helpful and Willem being a great character with lots of knowledge, I find many times they dont have a wide variety of products. The simplest things any hardware outlet should have is falling short. Maybe in due time they will have accumulated enough based on demand.

We go here very often because of this store being convenient and having everything we need. But lately I have grown very irritated. I understood for a while because of this being a new store. Staff is not very clued up, unprofessional and gets to fimiliar. Staff tend to group together or no one is to be seen and you dont recieve assistance. There is either no pricing on objects or when getting to the pay point the prices are wrong and usually you get over charged. They have corrected this in the past but its inconvenient to have to check everything in store and at pay points all the time. I will keep on going to this store but feel like this might be there downfall.

Disappointed. Firstly they sell rusted tools at a high price. Yeah brand new. The people also arent marking their products well with prices and when you asked the staff do not know and you get misi formed. You look at the things at the side and plants arent well looked after and most things are faded from the sun. Dont know so well about all that.
