Great store to get your DIY supplies. Always fully stocked, clean/neat. My only problem is that you struggle to find people to help you in the store. Maybe theres a shortage of staff and those available cant attend to the needed departments?Anyway. If you know exactly what you need it 5/5 stars because you will definitely find it. For someone who doesnt know exactly what they need it 3/5 stars, due to the struggle to find human assistance in the store.

Of all the staff one would expect to get exceptional service from the branch manager Frikkie I got the feeling I was a nuisance,the branch compares poorly to other especially with stock replenishment.I will limit my visits to this store from nou on.

Helpfull untill closing time

I bought a sliding door here and I had to come back two times to the shop. 1st time they gave me sliding door without the frame, 2nd time after getting the frame then we realized the door was also the wrong size to what I initially bought so I didnt have a great experience 👎

What follows is not a once-of or only my own unique experience.When arriving at this Builders you need to know exactly what you are looking for.If you need help you will have to carefully approach one of the loitering staff members. Be warned they will be startled, they are not used to interacting with customers.After some tedious moments, you will realize that your attendant knows very little of their products and do not know whom to call for help.The lesson is to go to a smaller hardware store where you can get guaranteed friendly knowledgeable help.

If I could give no star I would! Worst Builders in the country and yes I can compare it as I regularly visit builders all over the country. DIMAKATSO is the most useless assistant on the floor and her attitude stinks. If I spelled her name wrong, she works in the section where you find screws. When I went to get a manager, no manager was to be found. Employees like that shouldnt be employed. Ill rather go somewhere else.

No service, no stock, staff do their utmost to avoiding assisting customers a real rubbish hardware. Could be so much better if owners and management got involved and shook this place a bit.

Got all we needed , service finding someone to help was not the best, plenty of staff but much happier talking to one another ,you ask for help which they look for the person for that department who takes for ever to find . But quick at tills and cheerful.

Still a good variety for a one stop hardware shop. Prices is little above avarage, but specials is usually more than worth the drive. Service good and paypoint service is always great.

I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with Builders Warehouse Bedworth Park. I bought 2 x 5000L Jojo tanks online on Friday, one tank was delivered Saturday. On Sunday night, the very same guys that delivered the tank came back to try and steal my tank!! What kind of service is this when your delivery guys return to steal our stuff!! This is unacceptable and disgusting. Its unbelievable that your employees are so unethical and have got no limits of trespassing into my property and steal my tanks.So I paid for delivery not knowing that Im paying thieves to come back and steal at night!! Ive never experienced such disgust in my life!!

The customer service we had from the store was terrible. We wanted to buy some stuff for the bathroom and we were treated with such disregard. Non of the people we asked for help from wanted to help us

It my first time to be there looking some things of geyser, and to be there so amazing any things you look for can you get it there for building.

I found the store not too crowded. Some of the staff was very helpful, but at some of the Isles nobody to help at all. But overall not a bad experience..

Service is not very good. The staff seem to feel that you do not require any help i was looking for floor tiles no staff in sight.

My order placed did not arrive when they said it would and no one phoned me or informed me about any delays or problems. When I tried phoning I was kept waiting until the line eventually disconnected. When I tried to phone again I was constantly just cut off.Im very dissatisfied with the service received.

The gentleman on the floor who was assisting us was very helpful. The lady cashier and her lady supervisor were not showing any interest at all, no customer service at all . I did not get the names , as they were not wearing name tags. No Zeal at all to most of the staff. I had to call for assistance. Need lots of improvement in customer service.

Gave 1 because zero is not available. Still waiting for service. Even tried intercom. One of the assistants tried her best to avoid me. The only helpful person was the security guard on the way out that offered me hand sanitizer.

Wanted to purchase build in braai stand, person/people assisting us ran around like headless chickens. Saying computer show stock available, but they cannot find it. Planting pot purchased had a visible chip and they refused to make price less. Than find out after 2 hours they do not deliver. Also only than that people are on strike and some apparently returning on Monday. Very disappointed, because this particular Builders was tops with all their products about 4 years ago.

Really bad service dont even know why I drive all the way there just to receive bad service . Only 3 tills open but only one is helping. Products without bar codes , staff even tried to make us pay for something we did bot have since they did not feel like getting the correct barcode . 3rd time we got stuck with bad service . It was,pretty quiet this morning when we were there. We got what we needed for our home project. They do have a wide range for all your DIY and Builders stuff. The lady at the till was very friendly too. As we new what we wanted, we didnt need help from other staff today. In the past though, we were always helped by friendly & courteous staff.

They always have whatever I need at a good price.

He specialises in the kitchen segment, but was in the vicinity when i approached the carpet section. Any of my questions were answered in good detail, and I took away some great suggestions. This is the worst warehouse ever!!!Ive placed a order online, delivery was for today, none of the consultants could assist me. So Im very suspicious about the fraud that is going around. In store no one wants to assist you no one even bother asking do you need help.

The biggest hardware store in Vanderbijlpark, you will find almost everything you need for your projects whether its a DIY or professional project. They also have appliances so thats a plus. And customer service is great, the staff is friendly and ready to help.

Today I was very disappointed with builders warehouse. First, when I entered the shop the security told me in an unfriendly manner that Im not allowed in the store with a face shield as it is apparently not hygienic enough. I then when back to my car and fetched a mask. When I got back at the door I noticed that above said security guard was wearing his mask over his mouth leaving his nose exposed, I told him to fix his mask as he is not setting a good example. Then as I was walking through the store I noticed personnel everywhere, either not wearing their masks, or having their noses out. I am a asthma sufferer and I very much struggle to breath with a full mask, yet I complied with the rules but I dont feel like its fair if the staff doesnt even care.
