Switching from my previous filling station that I have been loyal to for a number of years, wasnt easy. I equate it to breaking with your partner with whom you spent years. However, their loyalty program which is in partnership with Pick n Pay, the South African giant retailer, made the transition smoother and simpler. This is over and above the friendly staff who always go an extra mile to please their customers. Big ups BP Orange Farm and Lakeside Proper for the excellent and quality service

Service there sucked too much. Its too busy and the stuff was slow, they would take their time before they attend a car even if its empty

I have a problem with one thing at the garage its the Manger shes very rude when I say rude joh dont knw how she got to be Manger really

Service is good but most of the time theres no air to pump your tyres and mostly the Atm machine is not working.

I dont deny that this place is busy but their service is extremely slow. They dont even get to notice which vehicle came first youll find them pointing fingers at the drivers asking who to be served first.......that sucks

My first time experience was a nightmare, I wondered how can people be sooòooo relaxed in the morning on a weekday when people are rushing to work. The attendants were very snaggy and has no sense of urgency. Since then the service has improved, quick and efficient. I was impressed on how they went an extra mile for me when my car would not start, I was helped in seconds. Thank you BP Lakeside
